I do not recommend staying here. When we arrived the toilet wouldn't flush, the toilet paper roll holders were missing, the phone charger wouldn't stay in the wall plugin, there is no phone to the front desk, no closet, no luggage carts, a sheet and thin blanket for the bed, minimal lighting/dark room, a broken chair, giant mirror on the wall, and dusty grimy headboards. The room did not look or feel clean and is right by the freeway. The front desk person helped us move our luggage from the taxi to our room on the 4th floor upstairs and was generally friendly and helpful. There was one person at the front desk and one room cleaner. Poorly run. Clearly the owner/management is keeping overhead costs as cheap as possible. There is one elevator.

Check in was quick and though the area was sketch I initially had no complaint. During our first night my daughter woke up to find water leaking from the vent and the tile was soaked. Easily could’ve been a bathroom fall incident. The next morning we informed the front desk clerk who insisted he needed to see and proceeded to act like we were making up the scenario. I requested that we be moved to another room; they obliged and we were moved from the 2nd floor down to the first floor. The room was noticeably smaller and the lobby was audible from the room. There was a general microwave for all guests to use outside our door and the traffic made for less than peaceful experience. The final straw was the front desk clerk playing a movie very loudly at 3AM. We checked out 2 days early based on the experience.

Room was dirty, including long hairs on the floor and in the shower. Bed spread was worn and dirty. Towels were rough and stained. Will definitely never stay there again.

Terrible place. 2 stars for a reason

Excellent location. Bus stop and grocery / Deli close by.

The room and bathroom were filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke, and the space was noisy from both adjacent rooms and the elevated highway. This was one step above squalid.

Smelled strongly of cleaning product trying to cover the strong smell of marijuana smoke. Yes I knew it was a smoking room, but that was all they had. Bedspread had a cigarette hole. AC/heater and BR fan have thick layer of dust fluff at vents. The sex furniture ottoman is an interesting touch. The neighborhood was sketchy. Still it was tolerable for a short notice stay for under 300. Without going to NJ.

The room felt dirty. Tile floor entry to the room wasted half the space. Had a 'sex' couch and not a regular couch to sit on. Mosquito in the room. It grossed me out enough to check for bed bugs. I left my clothes outside for two days after the trip.

Needed to stay at this particular location based on storage unit. Room was decent, no smells, very low water pressure from shower (shower handle comes off while turning). Staff is nice.

Worst experience of my life. The room next door sounded like a club ALL night. Others shouted and pleaded at them to stop, turn it down, leave. The hotel did not remotely care. Tried to speak to one guy on reception about 4am who clearly didnt understand english well.
Ended up checking out the next day, early, and going paying for another hotel elsewhere just to not risk another night like it.

The walls are paper thin. Unfortunately they put me in the first level. The cleaners in the lobby were playing music and yelling to each other at 3am. I had to step out of my room and ask them to keep it down. Most likely will not go back.

The room is about what you would expect for the rates but the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful

There’s a ton of scary reviews for this property online, though I never experienced anything unsafe.

The place is filty, dirty. I could not sleep there because it smells like Marijuana in the whole building. They didn't want to refund me my money, i went to sleep at my dad's house every night, my bag was stolen inside my room, when i went to claimed it they told they threw it away the same day i check out. I have several bottles of colognes , shaving razor, tooth paste, toothbrush and $500. It was all gone

Wasn’t too bad I got rebooked here so idk if it was cheaper or more expensive than what I paid but I paid around $160 for the night and would have liked it to be cheaper for the quality of the property. Room was small and dingy. Some items that needed repair like window latch and shower faucet but worked well. Some brown stains on shower floor. Towels had hairs in them. Gave us a room connected to lobby on first floor so felt a little unsafe and heard everything. Front desk staff were loud too, not very friendly or accoodating. Surrounding area didn’t seem unsafe but was sketchy at same time. We arrived to hotel around 1230 and wouldn’t let us check in early which was at 2pm. Location isn’t so close to subway stations so if you’re commuting to city daily like us not the best unless you don’t mind having to take bus to train or walking a lot

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure is no good. Structure of room is no good. Outside around the area is no good.

It’s a decent place for the money. I’ve definitely stayed in worse

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are not clean. My headboard had hand prints all over it. It reeked of cigarette smoke the second I opened the door to my room. Sure enough, the bed cover had cigarette

This place is horrible. To begin with, we were assigned a room in the basement - small, dark, greasy floor, stained blankets, and very noisy (thin walls, close to the laundry room, staff discussing outside). We asked to move and they said there was no other room with 2 beds available that night. We eventually moved the next day and the room was better (bigger and with a window), but still full of issues (smelled cigarettes, blankets had cigarette burns, faucet and shower streams were weak, walls were still thin, noisy neighbors, etc…). The neighborhood is also bad (although that’s not their fault), and eventually we realized this hotel is quite used for sex / prostitution - you can rent per hour, rooms have sex furniture and fancy mirrors, there are often hookers around, etc…
The only positive aspect is that one clerk was friendly / helpful; the other one not so much.
We booked this hotel because it was one of the few options close to the Pratt Institute and the reviews didn’t look that bad at the time, but I guess I didn’t look carefully enough…
