Check in was at 4 and they didn’t have out room ready till about 6 the front desk guy was very much everywhere

We were extremely impressed with this hotel! Our room was huge and spacious (we actually had a handicap suite it was the only room left with 3 beds) the ceilings were high so it made it just feel very large. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. It’s in walking distance to the boardwalk. The protected valley parking was also a plus the food at the restaurant was quite pricey and not horrible, but very small basic portions for the cost. We never felt very full after eating and spending $100 for the three of us.

Great room and service! Only complaint was sofa bed was really uncomfortable and my 11 year old ended up sleeping on the floor on some cushions.

Great location/Walking distance to the Boardwalk ( 5 minutes) and short drives to other eateries . Pool was heated and me my daughter had a great time in the pool

This is a nice hotel, but it was very understaffed. The bistro/ bar was closed the first night because an employee didn’t show up for work; which was a major inconvenience with 4 children to feed.

The stay was great at the Hotel and good location. Except the rug in our room had a stain that was noticeable and the Iron was missing. I did contact room service people and went downstairs to let front desk know about the iron and the stain in the rug. We did get and iron and no service for that stain in the rug. Other than that everything was good.

Valet is a nightmare. Bistro is only open when the servers feel like working. I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott’s but this is the worst one by far.

Everything about this hotel is modern. Service is great with all the amenities you would expect from a Marriott. Our stop here was just an overnight before moving on. My only complaint would be that the drive in to check in needs to be marked better. We went around the block approximately 4 times before pulling into the valet parking, which is under the hotel.

The pool was great - it's heated and has great hours/its open really early. Amazing location - super closer to the boardwalk, with great views of the boardwalk too. The only bummer was that our room was not ready for another 45 mins after check in , which is already a pretty late check-in time (4pm) which made it really inconvenient. We booked the king suite, which was great - great size. The sofa didn't have the necessary linens but staff brought it pretty quickly. The restaurant wasn't open which was too bad, because it would have been great to have a drink while waiting for room past check-in time.

We had a great stay at Courtyard Marriot. The only issue was that our room was NOT ready for check-in at the scheduled check-in time and we had to wait about a half hour to access our room. The pool was nice. The Firepit area was a nice amenity.

The stay was horrible. The room smelled so bad we had to change it. The second room they gave us smelled horrible too. We had allergic reaction to beds because they probably never wash the pillows or the comforter.

This hotel is very clean, nice, has that “newer” feel. I love the parking garage and how close it is to the boardwalk. It makes walking the easy option for things to do in the immediate area, and with valet service you don’t worry about leaving and finding a spot when you come back. Staff is friendly. Breakfast burritos are great, haven’t had anything else yet from the kitchen.

My family and I stayed for two nights and three days. It was a great stay and staff was super attentive. Super quick walk to the beach/boardwalk. The pool and laundry room Definitely a plus !!

Staff very helpful and very polite. Hotel is in an excellent location. Valet staff were very nice, but it is an additional fee for parking.

Bed was so uncomfortable, housekeeping only dropped off clean towels, only picked up bath mat and didn't replace anything. Nothing was cleaned or straightened up and didn't dump the trash cans. No parking around property. Have no choice but to do valet for additional $25 a night.

Like the closeness to boardwalk 5 min walk, only parking they have is valet, which was fine, front desk didn’t not tell us their cleaning is every other day, there is a sign at desk but I missed it, toilet seats are not soft close, they slam which is noisy, some of the plugs did not work or were loose, a child was running and jumping during certain hours of our stay which was very annoying, front desk is not very friendly but the bar/food staff is friendly, thought it had a continental breakfast but they do not
