Nice clean place for a last minute booking. I wasn’t expecting a like a kitchen in my room with with a full fledged refrigerator and stove. There was also no breakfast and a blow dryer which was a huge bummer
2.0
There is no table in the room. Other than that, it was nice.

The lady at working the front when we checked in was rude and high on god knows what with how fast she spoke and kept licking the inside of her mouth. After check in my fiancé went down for silverware and she refused to let him get anything to eat our food so he had to drive to the gas station for plastic ware. The people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night when we have a newborn, just ride period. Overall, never recommending or staying here when in town again!

Room was very clean. Furnishings are minimalist/modern and comfortable.
Small amenities like a blowdryer, coffee maker, hand lotion are absent but the price makes up for that.

Joyce, was my first point of contact! I must say this employee is Amazing!!! 5 Star Excellence... She's professional, kind, helpful and funny!!
The friendliness of Joyce made my decision to stay here very easy! I could have stayed anywhere but this Hotel was a great choice! I also, noticed that the other customers staying here were extremely friendly, they held the door and were just incredibly nice! That is rare to have such an amazing staff and customers as well ... I will only stay here in the future! My room was spotless and the Hotel was very quiet and I felt safe here!!

Extremely clean and very pleasant. Bed fairly firm

The late check in was a problem as I had a ceremony I needed to get ready for. 3pm check in is too late. When I asked for an early check in due to the situation the staff made me feel as if I was asking for the moon.
Also, when I tried to ask about an ice machine to the room cleaner, he couldnt understand me and did not speak english.

Very clean and updated. Coffee/tea in lobby.

Because of a flight delay from Florida, i got to the hotel at 10:10 pm , 10 minutes after check-in ends..I used the phone in the outer door to contact night staff. She didn't let me in. I had to sleep in my car.

My reservation with Expedia was for a king bed suite. When I got to the hotel, she told me her computer said queen. I had to show her my true reservation on my phone. Then she told me there wasn’t one available. I told her it wasn’t acceptable. She said the only one available is dirty. I said can I have it tomorrow then. She said yes we could switch and she could give me a $40 credit. The next day housekeeping comes in at 10 am and we would be first and she would call us when it was ready. She never called but I checked in 3 times. Finally we were told it was ready at 1:30 when I checked at the front desk. We went upstairs to check it out and housekeeping was there and said to wait until 2:00. I called the front desk from my old room and she laughed and then apologized. Really? What a mess!!

This was our second stay, two years in a row, with each stay being seven days in length. The property is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is a true hotel, but an extended stay property. Things are done little differently. There is no daily housekeeping and fresh towels or sheets are available for $2 additional charge, per day. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes, pans or silverware. They are available to rent for an additional fee. There is also no coffee maker. They do offer coffee in the lobby. Dogs are welcome and there were a lot on property this stay. I'm not sure if they have rooms reserved for those stayimg with pets or if the rooms are randomly assigned. My son and myself botj suffer from asthma and we did encounter breathing issues this stay. When walkimg barefoot in the room, we did find dog hair on our socks. The room above us had a puppy and it was loud. Running all over the room, all night long, the entire weeks stay. You can hear dogs barking during the night. This may prevent us from staying again.
The mountain view is incredible! The beds are comfortable. There were a few times the water in the shower didn't get very hot or didn't stayed hot for the duration of a normal shower. Overall, the stay was good.

The mini-suite was great, with full size fridge/freezer. Good bed, and very nice bath. Our only complaint was no internet for the night, due to installation of all new s/w that day. Could have been related to the nationwide internet problem caused by Crowd Strike in an update.

OK - first, the good. This hotel is in a great location! It is very close to the Air Force Academy, and surrounded by great restaurants. It is also across the street from a little park that has workout stations and a walking path (with dog bags/waste basket). They also take dogs - which is a big plus.
Now, the bad. You pay a lot for very little. The hotel does not have staff at night, so if you need help you have to call after a certain time. You also get no toiletries in your room, there is no breakfast, there is no ice, and the wifi was even down when I was there (apparently some update was happening). The room has a full kitchen, which is nice; but there is nothing in the kitchen as far as utensils, plates, dish soap, or even paper towels. You have to go down and ask for that - which is a problem if you need it when there's no staff. Also, since there is no ice, you must make ice - and the only place for filtered water is the exercise area. So if you want filtered ice, you have to take ice trays (from the freezer in your room, and go get it there). Also, you can get coffee in the lobby; but it's from a machine that automatically dispenses - not a coffee pot (so who knows the quality of that coffee). All in all, the other hotels in the area are comparable in price and you get all the amenities - so make your decision accordingly. Hopefully, they will lower their prices to reflect the differences in quality.

We wondered why the tv in our room was unplugged when we got in.. but when we plugged it in, the remote wasnt working with the tv. Guy at the desk mansplained to me how/that i needed to use a remote, even after telling him that the remote wasn't registering with the tv. Once we finally got it to work, it started glitching and said no signal. Asked if they had another room available as the bed also creaked and squeaked just touching it. Was told he'd come mess with the tv. I told him forget it, as i was just wanting to chill and go to bed. Honestly I'm pissed i booked here and we won't be returning.

Super slow check in, no ice anywhere, no soap, no creamer for bad coffee, plastic hangers, no drapes, just broken blinds (don’t stay in the summer unless you need to be up at 5:30). Just not a good experience.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. It was a great place to rest our head. Long term stay place so no breakfast We were fine with that tho as we left early to get on the road.

They did not have the room available that I booked

I liked that for an extended stay you were provided with a kitchenette, but anything you needed to use the kitchenette wasn’t in the room ( not convenient )!

We didn’t realize it was a long term stay type of place. However, it was clean and we did have a decent Mountain View and the area was nice.
The con is that there were people who were drunk wondering about, it was scary to go out at night to walk our dog. We had requested to check out early and they refused to refund. But we left early after the cops were in the lobby and on the floor we were staying banging on a door. It was not a place I would stay with kids. I didn’t feel safe and the cops and the people that stayed just added to that. The price is affordable, so if you don’t mind the “rift raft” people that stayed there it’s isn’t terrible.
We will not be back. My husband refused to let me walk our dog by myself because of what he had seen in the parking lot. So keep this in mind. Clean but sketchy.

I didnt like the loud music in the middle of th night. Inside smelled like smoke, (cigarette and marijuana) there was hardly any hot water.

The staff is amazing. Especially Deb and Deaion that I personally had interactions with. They were so helpful, kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Do not stay there. I was overcharged $55 nen-refundable pet fee on top of the regular $10 pet fees per night while only staying there for two days. It wasn't even listed in the booking page or their website. The noise isolation in these hotels are non existent. On top of that they gave me probably the worst room they had right on top of the laudry room. Extremely overpriced for how terrible stay at their hotel is. For that price you can stay in a much nicer hotel in the same area.

Very clean, staff very friendly.

Very uncomfortable beds. Super noisy. Was not able to get good sleep as you can hear every time someone opened or closed a door. Footsteps above your head and people walking the hallways.
Not a very enjoyable stay. Requested handicap room with shower chair since I broke my leg. Checked in after 6pm and our room was still not ready. Staff had to go find a shower chair even though it was requested on the reservation. Hotel seems very unorganized

Beautiful area. Mountain view. Brand new. Clean

Unsure what the bodily fluid was at the back entrance, but it changed the our morning vibe. Pretty nasty. Otherwise, decent stay. The beds seemed a bit, temporary. Like it was all Amazon furniture.

Excellent location with little highway noise but lots of amenities and services. Interior looks brand new.

It was nice and quiet. The bed just makes a lot of noise.

No coffee in the rooms. No ice available. 1 bar of soap for the bathroom. I forgot a toiletry item and called the front desk to see if they had some I could purchase and the answer was just ‘no.’
Felt like a hospital room. Very clean… just like a hospital room

Was more of a temp housing for workers. Did not have any amenities

This hotel was not prepared for guests. It was dirty, unkempt and empty. The staff were unprepared and unprofessional. Boxes were displayed everywhere thst needed unpacking. Customers were ignored. It was a terrible experience.

This is our second time to stay at Wood springs. Rooms are clean and like the kitchen facility in rooms. Staff is helpful. Convenient place for all tourist destinations, eating places and gas stations. The only thing is you hear lot of noise from neighbours or people in corridor. I think they have not used the noise barrier in their walls. Otherwise safe place for family. Don’t forget to carry your utensils along with you if you are willing to use their kitchen facility.
