This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel, even for the price.

I liked the air conditioning provided in the room. I liked the safe in the room.

I did not like that the pool was closed. I really did not like that nobody informed me that the pool would be closed prior to booking and travel, since our entire booking was based on there being a pool to swim in. I did not like the "breakfast", if you can even call it that. I did not like the parking lot and adjacent roads that were littered with garbage and had potholes everywhere. There were many very sketchy individuals inside and out of the building that made me and my family uncomfortable.

It was a nightmare.

Literally nothing about the experience was enjoyable.

I am very disappointed in the hotel, as well as booking.com. I never stayed at this hotel. Upon check in we were informed that the pool was not operational (looks like it was being used for storage with mattress etc.) The receptionist agreed they would refund my money and we went else were. I received an email saying the hotel agreed to cancel our reservation but I still have not received my refund. I have sent 3 emails to booking.com and have not heard anything back. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had I will never book through booking.com again.

Bad

The pool was closed for renovations and we didn’t know that prior to booking and we only wanted to Book at a hotel with a pool and I felt immediately uncomfortable when I entered the hotel.

Nothing experience was awful

Lady in the front desk had a child behind the desk running around in the lobby … lady in the lobby wearing warm up and crocs very unprofessional… maintenance guy n lady in the front having a argument in front of me n my daughter .. the worker was accusing the lady of selling drugs in the hotel

Nothing it was the worst hotel I have ever been in

Getting off elevator there was a door I had to open. To get into the hallway. There was a hole between the door and door frame, the floor was not level, the room did not feel clean, the comforter had multiple burns in it. The soaking tub did not look clean had yellow ring in tub. The floor by the wall behind the door when opened there was no flooring just a hole. The wood or paneling under the soaking tub was disgusting and falling apart the coloring was stripping off. The air conditioner buttons worked but had to press each one to know what the button did. The cleaners sprayed to much freshener in room that I could hardly breathe.

Absolute Nightmare!

Nothing this place needs to be removed from any listing due to fire code failures and safety issues.

The rooms were absolutely filthy! Black tub no air conditioning fire alarm system was unplugged exposed wires and uneven flooring. Additionally non locking door, holes in sheets and blankets.

Nasty , dirty rooms, they give me a room that it was under construction, no floor, tools everywhere, looks like someone lives there , toothpaste , tooth brush Deodorant, dirty elevator, cigarette butts everywhere Just gross and dirty, I left the facility after 30 minutes, I wish I can get my money back Don't book in this hotel

Disappointing

People where very nice . Good staff

Building was run down and out dated bathrooms very old and dirty looking . Outside was loud and had numerous drug activity.

Disgusting and filthy.

Location and exterior appearance were nice. Those were the only positives.

Very dirty inside. Entire hotel smelled like smoke with overdose of air fresheners to hide the smell. No breakfast or WiFi even though they said they had it. Picked up room phone to call front desk and the phone had sticky brown residue, maybe dried cola, on it. Utterly filthy hotel.

All in all things work themselves out. give a little you get a little s*** happens you make the best of it.

One way or another for the right reason and the wrong place or the wrong place for the right reason we were all meant to be in a place at the right time for some reason we may never know that reason,we just were there. And for that I will always be grateful. And I will always go back and give them my business. Especially when remodeling is completed

worst hotel ever. I want a refund.

nothing. it was dirty and smelled terrible. homeless people were milling around inside the lobby and it appeared that some were living in cars in the back lot. I saw a man beat up a woman. she was hiding in the lobby. and I got bug bites in our room.

everything. it smelled like a cigarette. I had to buy room freshener and candles. and it was funny that they had a sign up saying they’d fine you $150 if your room smelled like weed. I wish it smelled like weed. that would have been better.

The clerk was sweet and amazing.

First they didn't have the room I chose, I took a queen size with the jetted tub instead. Got up there, the tub was dirty, female's hair in it. I opened the fridge and there was female undergarments in the freezer and a used gross towel in the fridge. I told the clerk and she swapped me out for a king room no jet tub, the toilet wouldn't flush, I had to leave and go find a different place to stay because I was so grossed out.

Loved the hot tub and was a big room, but hotel not very clean and poorly kept!

What I liked the most was the hot tub in the room, the room was nice and big and our stay was quite! Also, the front desk clerk was very sweet and did everything she could to help us out of a pickle, was professional and got the room we originally paid for!

Was a disaster when we first arrived, the hotel had canceled our reservation that we had through booking.com. Was back and forth a bit and found out it was the hotel and not booking.com error. The way the system was set up, it was not an easy fix, but the girl at the front desk was great. The room wasn't very clean and the coffee pot was broken and only had coffee for one person.

Did not eat do to feeling unsafe and how gross the building and staff

staff staff dress the part of the front desk, when we got to our room it was very dirty , beds had hair and other stuff on them I had to wear either my socks or shoes the whole time because of the dirt on the floors. When we went down to the front desk, all they offered was for house keeping to come to the room at 10:00 pm The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, and the office had nothing to say about the situation.
