We took our oldest grandsons to Philadelphia for the Yankee game. The apartment was nicely decorated, neat, and clean. It is 2 1/2 miles from Citizens Bank Park stadium. My biggest suggestion is to find a parking place when you arrive in the area and walk or use an Uber for the rest of your time as parking is very difficult

My colleagues and I booked this property to attend a conference. The pictures are VERY deceiving. The home was very dusty which caused myself and my friends allergies to kick in, causing sneezing, and headaches. The bathroom shower/tub combination was dirty with a loose shower handle. There was no stool or a place to put belongings down. Carpet upstairs was dirty annd dingy. The air conditioner cooled the home very slowly and remained hot on the second floor. The amenities/ stay was NOT worth the price. Overall, I was embarrassed that I booked this home.

We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.

The only thing to know is there is no parking lot reserved for us. We needed to park around thé bloc, it’s not very far away, but each time you quit, you’ll need to find a new one.

This property was very nice, but not located in a great neighborhood. It was noisy at night causing some difficulty with sleeping. We are used to a country setting. It was a good location for visiting our family and a very nice apartment.

The interior of the property was very nice, and the host made everything very inviting and homey. Host was receptive to all questions and sending information in a timely manner. We were disappointed with the surrounding are that property is located and the parking was difficult. But as mentioned the property itself very nice and accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. There's no parking in front but we were able to find parking close by with a 3-5 minute walk. Perfect location close to Target, Starbucks and Sprouts.

Overall the stay was very good. The row house was as described. It met our needs as we were in town for a few days to see a baseball game and visit downtown with some friends. As other reviews have mentioned parking can be tough to come by. We were able to find a spot and leave the car there. We didn't move the car once it was parked. The neighborhood was nice and any neighbors we met were nice. The area is accessible to downtown and the ballpark, we did use lyft or uber sometimes. The house was nice but wasn't exceptional. The upstairs bedrooms are really hot, no matter how cool we set the thermostat. I ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch one night because the bedrooms were so hot. It was hard to find some kitchen utensils, no sharp knives so my wife could cut limes or a bagel, only had butter knives. I was also a little taken back when I asked the host if we could check in at 2 instead of 4 since we got to Philly earlier then expected. She said it would cost an extra $25. If the house was cleaned and ready for us I don't see how that makes a difference. Again, not a bid deal but just didn't seem accommodating. Overall, nice place with a great location. There were a few small issues but overall it met our needs. Just nothing to wow you and nothing that exceeded our general expectations to get a 5/5.

Me and a friend came to a Philly for a concert and it was the perfect spot/location. Parking was a little confusing but owner was speedy at responding and getting back to clarify. Wasn’t bad because we knew we were parking and going to get Ubers around. Location was nice and quiet and clean. Would def return and stay again.

Nice bathroom upstairs, the kitchen has what’s needed, the rest of the house may seem basic but still really nice aesthetics. Wonderful stay, felt natural and would recommend this to anyone staying in town for a little.

Me and my friend had a great experience here. The only small knock was parking can be tough and it was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood that was shooting off fireworks at 10:30 pm or so but it is in the middle of a city, so understandable. But inside was very nice and Denise was very responsive.

We enjoyed staying at Denise’s property. The cleanliness was on point and the decor gave it a cozy and modern feeling. We were welcomed with snacks, water and coffee amenities. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were equipped with essentials for our stay. She was great at communicating with us when we needed her. The block was quiet and the neighbors were nice.

Nothing fancy here, but very comfortable. The owner obviously takes pride in this home, and made us feel welcome with things like a basket of treats. Only one bath, but it’s very large. Street is quieter than many in this area. We did not have a car, so any Point Breeze parking issues did not affect us.

I had a really great time at this property . It looked just like the pictures . Super cozy And CLEAN ✅ Only downside is parking but there’s plenty of public transportation nearby if you don’t want to drive . Otherwise this was a beautiful home away from home and would definitely stay again . Thanks Denise again for being such a wonderful host

We traveled to Philly from WNY to attend a 76's game and decided to make a weekend of it. This property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location. We were able to walk to the game in about 40 minutes. The only reason I'm giving this home 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of communication with on street parking. The street the house is on is 2 hour parking only. We didn't realize this and ended up with parking tickets. Otherwise we had a great stay!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was beautiful and Denise was a wonderful host and easy to get in contact with. The only bad thing was parking. It took awhile to find somewhere to park and we got a ticket. The parking rules arent really clear, but my overall stay was great.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for Game 4 of the World Series and when I could not find a hotel room close to Citizens Bank Park, I tried VRBO and found this convenient home. It was clean and the owner/property manager was very responsive. The only issue I had was limited street parking in the neighborhood.

Denise was an excellent host. She communicated in a proactive manner, insuring a smooth transition from having access to the lockbox code to the onsite amenities, such as providing shower gel dispenser in the shower, towels and k-cups. I would definitely recommend this property and host!

My friends and I had a very nice stay here. The description was accurate, very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was communicative and helpful. We were able to find street parking around the corner. Highly recommend!

The home is well maintained and super clean. The owner clearly takes pride in the place. We were just a short drive from the stadium (Phillies) and were just about 12 minutes out. We were also only about 15 minutes from downtown and like 8 minutes from Pats/Genos. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to parking in Philly, as there is any metropolitan area. The neighbors were quiet all day and night and extremely friendly when spoken to.

We had a short visit to Philadelphia. This home is cozy and comfortable. The home is located on a wide and quiet neighborhood street. We were able to easily find parking on one of the adjacent streets. The owner is fabulous! She is an amazing communicator!! Check-in and out were easy.

Looking for a one night stay to take my son to a Phillies game and explore Philadelphia offerings. After reaching out to multiple host, with no reply. Point breeze host was very timely with replies and very accommodating. We agreed on an earlier check in time than what was listed. Host reached out to me and offer us an even earlier check in time than what we originally agreed to. I plan on taking my son yearly to games and this will be my only go to place to rent for the trips.

the overall house was very nice. My problem was that the air in the upstairs bedrooms was not circulating. If you turn the air up to try to cool upstairs it was freezing if you were downstairs. Very uncomfortable!! We had a hard time sleeping through the entire nights we stayed!

Very spacious, decrated nicely, clean, and a beautiful town home with a great host. I definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Philadelphia. It is close to near by attractions and has food, grocery, convince stores with in walking distance. The neighborhood is friendly and I would definitely come back!

House was very clean and tidy. Listing showed use of washer and dryer and air mattress that was unavailable. There is on street parking available for permit use only that the property owner did not mention. Got fined. Overall ok experience.
