2025 Weekly Rates WITHOUT required added Agency/VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign for parties of 6 or less: August $5000; October $4000. Note: Stairs to the second floor are steep and should be used with due care. No use of the Fireplace permitted. No use of the second story Deck permitted. Please also note all children do count as individual occupants for limit purposes regardless of whether vrbo classifies them as such. Parking for 2 or 3 Vehicles, please inquire and let us know if you anticipate a third vehicle and we can see if this might possibly be accommodated. Please note the Security HOLD/Deposit is $750 and VRBO does not process or collect this amount but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues NO security refund.
