About this villa rental

Our spacious vacation home is beautifully decorated and highly themed. Our two primary suites have subtle Disney touches, while our four highly themed rooms are great for younger travelers, or the young at heart!

Windsor Enchantment can accommodate up to 14 guests. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There is a smart TV in every bedroom so bring your Netflix and Disney Plus logins for family movie night! The family room features a 65-inch TV equipped with cable, sound bar, and karaoke! Simply use your smart phone or the TV's built in YouTube app to search for any karaoke song and use our 2 wireless microphones to sing along which the words appear on screen! Don't forget to grab a selfie in front of our custom Spaceship Earth inspired wall in the family room!

The Marvel themed game room has it all! The Multicade offers 60 arcade classics such as Mrs. Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong for fun for the whole family. Looking for something modern? We've got an next generation XBOX Series X and a PlayStation 4 hooked up to a 55" TV with 2x gaming chairs! Bring your own games discs to use or log in with your personal account to download games and play online. Try your hand at our 2x sit-down racers, Hydro Thunder which offer head-to-head arcade action for 2 players! We also have a commercial grade air hockey and foosball table, 4-player Simpsons the Arcade game and digital Marvel pinball (10 Games)! You won't want to leave!

The spacious and fully screened lanai features a private spa and a pool. COMPLIMENTARY pool heat is included with your stay. Lounge by the pool on our comfy lounge chairs. Enjoy seating for 10 at the patio table underneath two brand new fans to keep you cool. A giant Connect Four game will keep the kids busy! Want to grill up some food? We offer a gas BBQ to use during your stay at no extra charge!

This property is well maintained and cleaned. Property owners are responsive and involved.

We strive to make your vacation experience a fantastic one! While the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, it does not have condiments or other food items.

No smoking or vaping in the home or pool area. No parties allowed at property. Three cars allowed per HOA rules. No street park and no blocking the sidewalk. Property is equipped with three cameras outside the home for security.

Reservation is not complete until rental agreement is signed and a valid government issued photo ID is provided for every car. Names of all guests over 18 must also be provided. This must be done within 48 hours of booking. A $450 security deposit hold is required.

Pet fee of $250 for the entire stay – limit two. This fee covers the extra cleaning of the house, it does not cover damage done by the pet.

We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for kids and the whole family. The game room was an awesome break from the sun and pool, providing hours of fun and entertainment. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The house was amazing and slept 9 perfectly! The house is in a perfect location with a quick drive to all the parks and the safety of a gated community is a plus. Our kids loved the themed rooms and all of us enjoyed the private pool and large arcade. I think the adults played more games than the kids. The house rules are very easy and communication with Colleen was super easy. Would love to stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

This home is beautifully decorated and I have never stayed in a house that was so well stocked. If you are looking for a Disney experience this house will give that to you along with a pinch of Harry Potter. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have heated the pool later in the day. The pool was cold by 9:30 at night so we couldn’t come home from the parks and swim. We have stayed in many homes in Windsor Hills and always ask for pool heat to run 10:00 to 10;00 I have never had a host tell me they couldn’t adjust the timing of the pool heat but unfortunately that was the case here. Our stay was early March so pool heat was necessary when the sun went down. Unfortunately it was set from 8:00 to 8:00 and we were in the parks for most of that time. This wouldn’t be an issue if our stay was during the warmer months.

Property is very close to the Magic Kingdom. The space is large and thought out. The game room and themed rooms were a hit with the kids. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed as were the neighborhood water park and pool. We enjoyed our stay and the manager was quick to answer any questions we had.

If you are looking for a great family home, look no further, this is the perfect family getaway!! The home has something for everyone, kids and adults alike and is just minutes from the Disney parks. This was the first time staying in a home instead of on Disney property and everything was perfect! We had 7 adults, that included our 3 adult daughters, and 3 grandchildren and we loved the house. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room and heated pool. We look forward to coming back!

The house is absolutely amazing. It was exactly as listed in VRBO. The grand kids loved the game room. The pool was perfect temperature for this time of the year. The kids loved the Toy Story room and the Frozen room. They are already wanting to come back! Colleen is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions. The house was immaculate when we checked in. You cannot go wrong renting this property

Let me start off by saying the house was perfect for our group of 10. Location Pros: Very conveniently located to (5 min drive) to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and DisneySprings. SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica took about 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. Other Location Pros Include: Conveniently close to Walmart and CVS (literally down the street), various chain restaurants and gift shops. House Pros: Very Clean, themed Disney rooms, multiple living spaces (2 living rooms, one with TV, one without) Game room (had temporary issues but kids did just fine) Pool and hot tub were both very clean, outdoor table was vigorously enough for all of us to enjoy) Gated Community with an very nice pool area with slides and (small kid water park area). House Cons: Cleaning company did not leave paper towels or dish soap upon arrival (small potatoes) no plastic cups for pool area (we purchased a set and left them for the next family) bathroom floors are tile with no bath mat, (luckily myself and my 67yr old mother slipped and fell with no injuries) easy fix. Parking can only fit 3 cars. 2 cars can only fit parallel while the 3rd car must fit perpendicular to the two cars (small hassle if coming and going, you will have to move a car to get a car out that is parked directly in front of the house) Owner of property Pros (Very, very quickly to respond to any email with questions or requests) Owner Cons: NONE Overall we would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it. Enjoy your stay because we certainly did!

This was a great rental house for our Disney Trip! 5 miles or less to the different Disney parks, uhh yes! The House was very clean when we arrived. Colleen did an awesome job with addressing a few questions we had. The Toy Story room is awesome! My son could not get enough! Would highly recommend staying here!
