About this house rental
Located in a lovely newly developing residential neighborhood with a wonderful backyard to hang out, BBQ, fire pit, & ping pong. Incredible open floorplan for the whole family to spend quality time.

*Lots of shops along E Olive Ave 5min drive, Sierra Vista Mall 5-min drive
*Airport 8min drive.
*Under 10 min drive to 2 Water Parks.
*Hop on 41 for a 1-hr drive to Shaver Lake or 1.5-hr Yosemite or Sequoia or King Canyon National Park.
Home is a 3 bed 2.5 bath 2100 sq ft house that comfortably sleeps 10.

There is an attached in-law suit 1 bed unit that is used by other guests but can also be booked. There is a connecting door but that is locked from both sides. The other unit is called:
Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.
Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!
You can fit a total of 3 cars in this driveway area. One inside the garage and 2 in front of the garage. More cars are able to park on the street in front of the house.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.

• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a perfect location for us, close to shopping, family and the airport. The backyard is nice with a covered area so it can be used rain or shine. The only area that could be improved is some minor maintenance.

Mostly very good! The main issue was that the couple in the small casita got up, packed, cleaned and left at 3am this morning. They were very loud, talking, etc. Lasted for at least 45 minutes with no consideration for people sleeping. the outside area was very dirty also. Other try than that it was overall a pretty good stay.

The property was very nice and located in a quite neighborhood. The wrap around couch in the living room was comfortable and gave us lots of options for sitting. The dining room and kitchen island provided additional sitting area as well as lots of room for cooking and visiting. The master bedroom and bath were large giving us lots of space and the King bed was comfortable. The patio furniture and cover provided additional area to hang out. We would definitely stay there again for our next trip to Clovis if available.
