Our dog dribbled water-while wiping it up, the towel got dirty. I suspect mop water was dirty as everything else was good.

Honestly, when I booked this room I was a bit worried. When I finally arrived I was presently surprised by how wonderful this place is. I would give it 6 or more stars if possible. I was on a road trip for vacation and there is so much to see and do here. Definitely returning to this area and will be staying here when I do. Super happy!!

Rooms were spacious and quiet. The rooms, beds, sheets, and bathrooms were clean. The hallways were a bit dirty and needed vacuumed. Overall as a last resort due to limited vacancy in Omaha, it was ok for the one night we stayed.

After a flight cancellation at Omaha airport, this was one of the only available hotels that was available. Way overcharged for what the room was, it was dirty, smelt like smoke, Smelt like mildew

Place was great. Very clean, awesome staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.Only complaint was the black out shade in our room didn't close all the way so it let a bunch of sunlight in in the morning which made it to difficult to get some extra sleep.

Came in late from drive. Staff was discussing some kids on bikes riding by. Concerned me but staff reassured they keep an eye on all cameras on property. Quiet building. Nice choices for breakfast though we did not eat.

Don't take your shoes off. The whole room was filthy & my feet stuck to the laminate floor. The staff was annoyed my huband wanted to read what he signed. We stayed in a room right by the side entrance and the noise was very loud from the door slamming every 20-30mintes from people coming & going. The sheets had grease smears on the side we didn't see until morning when the covers were pulled farther back. The bedside table drawer handle was broken and hanging on one side. There was a hole in the fabric of the arm chair. Dirt smudges on the shower curtain. This room was nothing like the pictures. If that wasn't enough the semis ran all night in the next parking lot and kept us awake between the door slamming all night. I can't explain how loud this was, I startled awake so many times. We couldn't wait to get out of here. Maybe the other side of the hotel is better, but for us, Never again.

Breakfast was far beyond any of the other motels that we stayed at during our trip. Fixtures were current, breakfast attendant was super helpful, and facility felt clean. Only downsides were that our room smelled like sewer fumes when we arrived, and the room felt very moist.

I was totally impressed with our stay at Best Western Crossroads of the Bluffs in Council Bluffs IA. First, we were early to check in, 12:30 p.m., we had a wedding to attend that would extend later into the night, so we just wanted to let the front desk staff know that we were here, we don't expect to get our room already. Could we just get our room key cards so that we could come back much later. The front desk employee told us she would check on our room, give her 10 minutes. She came back and said it was OK to check in and go to our room so that we could get dressed for the wedding. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy! While the front desk person did this, we went and checked out the breakfast area. Very nice breakfast area and we were greeted by Ophelia, the breakfast employee who was still there. I told her what we were doing and she offered us coffee or something else to drink. She was very pleasant, smiley and helpful. The next morning, Ophelia saw me coming down to breakfast and remembered me. She greeted me warmly. She was so kind and helpful. You have the best employees! The room was very clean, the stay was comfortable. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone. We also stay at the Greentree Best Western in Moore, OK 2 times a year. They are the best also. Again, I'm very impressed with Best Western.

Nice room. Great breakfast area. Gym was poorly maintained with broken machine, no water and no towels. Front desk staff were great and let me leave my motorcycle out front. Would stay there again

This was an older hotel. The floor had been updated with vinyl but there were many gaps with dirt collected. There were marred up walls. The tub had molding removed along outside bottom for some reason. It looked like, if they started renovations, they were not completed. The bed headboard had a thick layer of dust along the padding on the top. The bed was extremely comfy, pillow very comfy too. The shower head was good. I would not stay here again because cleanliness is my #1.

Older property in an industrial feeling area. According to previous evals, they had an insect problem but we did not. It was convenient being just off I-80 and I-29 i believe. It worked well for us. Breakfast was the standard. I think I may have experienced a GI problem from something I ate there, but who knows. It's gone now.
