I’m a firm believer of, “If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.” I never leave bad reviews even when I probably should as a warning to future guests. I have stayed at many Interstate hotels/motels as my family and I often take road trips across the country, we have young kids and it’s just easier. This Best Western Plus has got to be the CLEANEST room I’ve stayed in, in quite a looooong time. The service from the front desk was quick and friendly. The room was free of dust and icky smells. The bathroom was very clean (free of any hair). The beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. I’m honestly speechless. Thank you to the staff and management for doing such a great job. Thank you for making my family’s stay a pleasant one! By the way, in past reviews I have read and I believe it’s pictured (the old couch is gone). The Lobby is warm and inviting :)

Our room, room 210 was extremely musty smelling. Woke up with headache and congestion because of it. Also the maids are moving cleaning carts between floors using the one elevator that people need to use for luggage at the same time as people are trying to leave.

For one night or was ok, but I won't be back. The place needs some updates. The elevator was old, slow, and sounded worn. The bathtub needs to be replaced and a floor under it because I felt like I was going to fall through. The walls need better sound barriers because the man next door was sawing logs and we could hear that loud and clear!! A little noisey for me but for one night it did the job.

The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. He addressed my husband but totally ignored me. We didn’t get much rest due roof replacement on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How inconvenient! We should have moved to another hotel like some of the other guests.

We had a very comfortable, quiet, and clean room near a convention center and large water park. It was a newer hotel and had plenty of parking. The check-in clerk was great--friendly and efficient. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner close by as we had traveled all day long and didn't want to go very far to get dinner. It had a nice breakfast. We would stay there again.

Such a friendly group of employees!! ALL of them were so kind and upbeat. Most hotels have crabby employees and I understand that. It was just so nice to interact with friendly people!!

The front desk was not very helpful and acted irritated he had to work. I ask for for a first floor as I am disabled and my mother is 84 he said there were no rooms available and I have pre-requested that and then I asked for a room with double beds and got one king-size bed

Clean facility and friendly staff. It would be nice if the hotel provided hot coffee throughout the day. Five stars for the espresso machine that can make mocha, latte, etc. in the breakfast area.

I liked the large room and it was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected. I was impressed. The staff was friendly. The front entrance seemed to be unkempt for guests. Had a smoky smell. There were not enough bath cloths for us.

It was near hi-way I-30 and easy to locate and access. It was comfortable while we waited for family to visit us at hotel. Breakfasts were timely and well stocked most days.

The room did not have towels, the toilet had cleaning liquid on the seat, the bed was so hard to sleep on. I asked the men at the front desks if he could give us another room he said the room are the same. And the breakfast was not good. I will not let my dogs stay there.

Inn and Suites is close to I30. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and upscale and the included breakfast was good. On my road trip I stayed at 3 places, this Best Western Plus was the nicest of them all and a better price.
