It was just ok. I saw surprised because I chose this location based on the high rating. We had a room with two queens and a sofa bed. The sofa cushions were all falling apart with the stuffing bursting through and the actual sofa bed was falling off the frame when we tried to open it. We ended up just covering the sofa with a sheet and my son slept on the sofa instead of pulling the bed out.

Hard bed, poor pillows. Bathroom sink feels like soft water, may be the soap. Tub/shower water pressure is terrible but water temp was good. Shower curtain mounted too high, barely reached into the tub but did stay in. Towels are a little small but not scratchy, so decent. Toilet flush lever chain needs to be adjusted so it doesn't strike the underside of the tank lid. Smoke alarm flashing red light. Clean room and floors. Good location, easy access to highway. Breakfast included hot food and waffles. Decent for one meal but not enough variety to make a repeat visit.

Check is was easy. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was the best part. Pillows are small and awkward. We just went to Ross to buy some. The bed was not very comfortable. Area was safe clean.

I’m a firm believer of, “If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.” I never leave bad reviews even when I probably should as a warning to future guests. I have stayed at many Interstate hotels/motels as my family and I often take road trips across the country, we have young kids and it’s just easier. This Best Western Plus has got to be the CLEANEST room I’ve stayed in, in quite a looooong time. The service from the front desk was quick and friendly. The room was free of dust and icky smells. The bathroom was very clean (free of any hair). The beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. I’m honestly speechless. Thank you to the staff and management for doing such a great job. Thank you for making my family’s stay a pleasant one! By the way, in past reviews I have read and I believe it’s pictured (the old couch is gone). The Lobby is warm and inviting :)

Our room, room 210 was extremely musty smelling. Woke up with headache and congestion because of it. Also the maids are moving cleaning carts between floors using the one elevator that people need to use for luggage at the same time as people are trying to leave.

For one night or was ok, but I won't be back. The place needs some updates. The elevator was old, slow, and sounded worn. The bathtub needs to be replaced and a floor under it because I felt like I was going to fall through. The walls need better sound barriers because the man next door was sawing logs and we could hear that loud and clear!! A little noisey for me but for one night it did the job.

The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. He addressed my husband but totally ignored me. We didn’t get much rest due roof replacement on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How inconvenient! We should have moved to another hotel like some of the other guests.

My family and I stayed 1 night here recently and this was our experience. All in all, it just wasn’t clean, ready for guests, or comfortable. Cleaning crew left out an ironing board and didn’t remove personal cloths hangers left from previous guests on back of restroom door. Light fixtures in bathroom were super rusted and dusty. Shower curtain rod was broken and barely holding on. Shower head was crusted up with minerals. Phone in room was inoperable, so I couldn’t contact the front desk without going downstairs. We also had crusted food stuck in the carpet in plain view right in front of the couch. Pillows were small, flimsy, and useless. Breakfast was just a prepackaged carb fest. Super disappointed in the price paid vs what this hotel property delivered.

We had a very comfortable, quiet, and clean room near a convention center and large water park. It was a newer hotel and had plenty of parking. The check-in clerk was great--friendly and efficient. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner close by as we had traveled all day long and didn't want to go very far to get dinner. It had a nice breakfast. We would stay there again.

The front desk was not very helpful and acted irritated he had to work. I ask for for a first floor as I am disabled and my mother is 84 he said there were no rooms available and I have pre-requested that and then I asked for a room with double beds and got one king-size bed

I liked the large room and it was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected. I was impressed. The staff was friendly. The front entrance seemed to be unkempt for guests. Had a smoky smell. There were not enough bath cloths for us.
