This would have to be one of the best locations with the beautiful Lake Eildon right on your doorstep!
Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, and all that the lake has to offer.
Bonnie Dawn is ideally set up for multiple families with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas.
The downstairs living area/games room area will give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your next getaway.
The lovely deck is perfectly positioned to allow you to relax & unwind while the BBQ sizzles away and provides you with postcard views.
In the warmer months, wander down to the water’s edge and have fun in the sun knowing that you will come back to a cool home once the evaporative cooling kicks in!
And in winter keep cosy indoors by relaxing on the couch by the crackling of the wood fire reading a book or watching a movie.... Or take the kids and toast some marshmallows down by the designated fire pit *conditions apply
If you winter getaway is a trip to the snow Bonnie Dawn is approximately 30 minutes to the Mt Buller Entry Gates!
Apart from being one of the best locations for water activities, there are many nearby attractions including horse riding, cycling, 4-wheel driving, motor bike riding, markets, plus much more and with an abundance of wildlife, great fishing and a relaxing atmosphere, you won't want to leave!
Bonnie Dawn is a great base to set off from to explore what the High Country mountains, rivers and lakes have to offer. Or simply stay at home, relax and enjoy the natural peace and watch the sunsets from the verandah and stargaze into the clearest of night skies.

Really nice place amzing spot on the lake definitely book again

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience. However, there was a minor discrepancy in the listing that needs to be addressed. The listing described the downstairs bed as a queen bed, but upon arrival, we found it to be bunk beds with two single beds.
While this didn't negatively impact our stay, it was disappointing because if we had known about the bunk beds beforehand, my children would have been more excited about that setup. Clear and accurate descriptions are crucial for guests to have the right expectations. Despite this, the owner was easy to contact and very responsive, which we appreciated. Additionally, the lake view from the property was truly beautiful.
Although the property was generally clean, there were areas where cleanliness could have been improved. Having free WiFi would have been a great addition, especially considering the price point ☺️.
The location was convenient, and our overall experience was enjoyable.
