Stayed here for yet another Mount Buller ski trip after our pleasant experience last year. Excellent communication from the host and extremely good value for big groups doing snow trips.

We really enjoyed staying this property for 3 nights. It has all required facilities to make the stay comfortable. The communication with the property manager was great. Just adding few small things in kitchen area like hand wash, scrubber, more tea spoons, bin bags, towels in the bathrooms could add more value to the property. But overall it was great experience

This home was great for our little 2 night stay, for a family reunion.The location was great for us,close to the Bonnie Doon Hotel and the Woodfield Shearers Quarters. Thank you to our host.

House is clean and functional. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. Nice little fireplace with ample supply of wood. Owner is great to communicate with. Overall very good value for money considering how expensive and lacking accommodation is anywhere close to Mount Buller.

Location of the property was fine, we were in Bonnie Doon for a family gathering so only slept at the house. Don't think the skirting boards had been touched for ages, same with window frames. One flywire screen did not even cover the window so could not open it. Air conditioning was good. Fireplace covered in dust. We had to clean the second bathroom before use. Cobwebs on the ceiling in the main bedroom. Went to put a case under the bed in one of the rooms and the floor was covered in dust. Benches and first bathroom were clean but the house needs a very good clean before letting other people stay.

Place was really big and there were many beds in the different rooms. The house looked really good and cosy too with the bed being really comfortable. When we came, prior to putting on the bedsheets, the beds were slightly dirty but not too much of an issue. Hot water was also not functioning on the second night of our stay and the electricity in the different rooms stopped running throughout the night - we knew as our devices couldn't be charged. But nonetheless, owner was really nice and instructions were very comprehensive. The place was also really nice, enjoyed our stay there!

Our first trip to Bonnie Doon and it really amazing place. We stayed for 2 nights while we felt it was 2 short stay, wished we could have stayed for more :-) We did part of Rail trail, a walk or two on the banks of the Lake Eildon and bit of adventure with The Paps (though we couldn't reach the peak). Our stay at 18 Redfern Ct was good, cozy property with most of the required amenities could easily accomodate 12-15 people. We enjoyed our stay!! Looking forward to visit again.

Communication with the owner was great while booking n after.Main disappointment was the cleanliness of the place.Place needs a good wipe.I hope the owner oversees before/after the cleaning is done.Sofas were dirty inside(we put in a bedsheet on top of it to use it) and the outside seating arrangement was full of dust. We only used the table and plastic chairs that were outside.Of all the places we stayed till now -this wasnt the cleanest.Stayed with 2 other families.There was enough room for all of us and the kids.Hope the Karen supervises the cleaning next time. Kind Regards

Nice Place but needs some improvement

It is a nice place with plenty of beds and 2 bathroom. But the place needs good cleaning inside and outside. We understand that due to COVID it has not been used for a long time and hard to get people to do the work. Few things to look at: 1. The driveway is not matched with road level and low car gets scratch mark under bumper 2. Split system is not working. 3. The utensils were not properly cleaned and were smelly 4. The inside of kitchen cupboard is also stained 5. Few spiders are inside 6. Some of the blinds need fixing But in spite of that we enjoyed a trip away from Melbourne after such a long period of lockdown.

The place is nicely situated close to the lake. There is plenty of space for the kids to run and play. The owner is easy to get in contact with when we were having issues with the house. All issues were resolved quickly.

Myself and 3 mate had a great stay and “My sweet Bonnie” the house was clean and comfy with plenty of room for the 4 of us each having our own room. The fishing was good, the pub was great with exceptional meals, we would recommend and hopefully come back next year.

Very spacious and clean. Children friendly and also has the necessary tools for you baby which I found very generous. Birds come over for a feed which my kids loved and friendly neighborly animals to and near mt buller which was a bonus. Thank you for the lovely accomodation
