Enjoy your own floating dock and boat slip for hours of sunning, swimming, or whiling away a summer afternoon on the bay.
"Saltwater Manor" boasts an enormous kitchen on the main level, along with two large, open concept living areas for watching TV or gathering with family and friends. Dine indoors in the large dining room, at the new kitchen table, or outside on the bay front deck, complete with a grill!
The home also features four large bedrooms, along with an enormous sleeping/game room and half bath on the third floor, which together accommodate 12 guests in beds. The primary bedroom has a new KING bed, newly renovated en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub, and access to both the front deck, and the bay side deck. You’ll also find a full hall bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity, laundry room, and two more half-baths on the first and third floors.
This home, just a four minute drive to the center of Avalon, is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Seven Mile has to offer - while also affording guests the ability to escape the Summer crowds.
