Check-in a little bit difficult.

The location was good for my purposes. A short train ride from central station. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Probably my fault but didn’t realise it wasn’t a “non smoking” apartment. The couch had visible stains.
It was also a bit of a challenge find the lock and unlock the appointment but as mentioned above the host was really responsive and was able to talk me through.

It's the worst place to stay
First, I had booked, but entering was difficult, and communication was difficult. I waited for hours and did not find anyone, and the password given was incorrect, and there is no respect for time. The owner of the apartment does not respond to messages. I tried to contact him, but I could not. Almost the owner of the apartment responded coldly to tell me that it was not the same code given by Booking.com, and a bad smell was coming from the apartment. I don't know if it was cooking or what. And when I left, I forgot my watch on the table, and i am sure that it is there. I called the owner of the apartment, and he did not answer. i told him that I will come back next week. When I come there, he said that he did not find it, and I am sure that it is there. But what I want to say is that it is a shame, and I do not advise anyone to go here. It is not secure and communication is very difficult

The place was amazing. Perfect location (right in Brera but in a very quiet spot), we had all we needed there.
And when something needed attention, Dante, Guido and their staff responded swiftly and helped us with everything.
Definitely would stay here again!
