Rancho Colibri is a 6 bedroom, 2.5 acre private estate just minutes from shopping, golf, tennis and hiking. Private gates, beautiful grounds, 80 foot pool, spa, firepit, tennis court, triple garage, mini golf, bocce ball, and horse shoes offer an extraordinary desert lifestyle with utmost privacy. The main house has a flexible floor plan with open living and dining areas, kitchen, two bedrooms and outdoor shower. Two more private guest houses, as well as a gym. It's an extensive, one of a kind property with acreage and privacy. A perfectly peaceful desert getaway.
The outdoors is split up into several different areas. Off the main house is the 80 foot pool, spa and firepit lounge area. Surrounded by chaise lounge chairs, it's a peaceful and private spot with a resort-like vibe. On the side of the main house you'll find a full size tennis court, basketball, putting green, bocce ball and horse shoes. Off the main house is an alfresco dining area, with dining seating for 10.
Inside the main house you'll find warm interiors with flagstone flooring and exposed beams. The windows look out to the pool, private seating nooks, tennis court, and mountains. The kitchen has an upscale farmhouse feel, with gas range, butcher block island, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 8. The living area has seating in front of the fireplace. The media room has a big screen TV and step down wet bar.
The Main House has two of the Guest Suites. The Primary Suite has a King bed, TV, fireplace and reading nook. The rustic, yet lavish en suite bath has a steam shower, bidet, soaking tub and outdoor shower. Suite 2 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Additional guest bath in the main house.
Guest House One has a comfortable common area with living room, TV and kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher and coffee setup. Private King bedroom with en suite bath and tub/shower. Guest House Two has a living room with TV and two pullout couches. The two private bedrooms have Double beds. All have easy access to the full bathroom with dual sinks and shower. The guest house leads to the barn that houses the 6th bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a trudle bed, a gym with Pilates reformer, elliptical, ballet barre and speed bag. Guest House 2 also has a game room with card table, ping pong, and darts.
Sleeping summary: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins, 1 Twin Trundle, 2 Twin Sofa Beds. Sleeps 14.
Other Amenities: Tesla charger. Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of luxury all natural soaps in each bathroom. Laundry with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Off street parking for 10. Our properties come with pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking.
Located in a very exclusive area of Rancho Mirage. El Paseo is just a few miles away. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
Our properties come with pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking. Arrive to your home away from home and enjoy a fully stocked fridge and pantry. Your first day should be spent exploring...not standing in line at the grocery store. Ask for details!
