Great view, close to all stores, and infrastructure. The staff were great and helpful. We liked the restaurant, and our room on the first floor with a fireplace. Our bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. It was our first trip with our dog, and we appreciated that the hotel was a pet friendly. They even had a dog menu in the restaurant ☺️
It’s a shame that our minibar was EMPTY for our entire stay, even after we requested to fill it out. I have never been in a five star hotel with no drinks&snacks in the fridge. No wine glasses either.

Hotel carino pulito ma non come tutti gli altri della stessa catena
Prezzi troppo alti per i servizi dati

Not much. I don’t think it’s a good location and the view of the brown desert is not a great view. I’ve gone to Palm Springs my whole life and La Quinta resort is my choice.
The view, and the fact that everything was brown, and the bar and the restaurant looked old, it is not attractive to me

The most amazing place to stay with the best staff, the best food, the best view
Location is amazing walk right out to beautiful hikes

Staff was great. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We also loved the fitness center!
We were very disappointed in our room. We were told at check-in our room had been “upgraded”. However, our room was right next to the elevator so it was very noisy. We were away from our three children celebrating our anniversary and looking forward to some much needed rest. Unfortunately, we were awoken early in the morning from children yelling near the elevators.
Also, disappointing was the view and location. Our balcony was directly next to the large AC condensers so it was extremely loud and not very enjoyable to sit out on the balcony. It also overlooked the dirt parking lot for valet. Not really what I would call an “upgraded room”.

The location and adult pool are always amazing. Most of the staff were great and accommodating. The whole vibe a scenic views is what I like the most about this place.
The amount pool wait staff was very insufficient. My group and I had to ask several times to place an order over the span of 30 min. One of our friends got angry and forced someone to take the order. The bday dinner waiter either under qualified to be a waiter of just didn’t care to be there. Lack of attentive service, missing parts of our order, no plates or serving ware for the cake we brought. I didn’t make a deal of it to avoid a negative distraction to my partners bday, but it was bad. There use to be more vegan options I thought. Like there use to be a falafel option I think for the pool. Where did this go? The eggplant dip was awful by the way. So bland, over blended and no flavor. We normally have a great time and have never complained. This was not the best experience.

The resort grounds
Bar server seem over whelmed and understaff. We waiting for drink and then just left with no drink.

Rooms and facilities were good. Restaurant choice was poor - only one open plus the bar area. Only 2 on the resort. Obviously short of staff and management were hopeless in dealing with my complaint. We left after one night. Does not live up to their own Credo.
Staff shortage, not enough restaurants, poor management reaction to my complaint

The service from all of the staff was exceptional, it made it stand out from other hotels and I will definitely be using the ritz Carlton again
Well the was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave the room at 4am .. then it was announced that it was a false alarm but when we tried to get back in our room the keycard had some how stopped working, so I had to go all the way to reception to get them to give us new cards .. my wife was flying back to the Uk later that morning so was very stressed that she could get back sleep… however when we checked out, the receptionist was very accommodating and undstanding and gave us a discount

My recent stay at the Ritz Carlton range resort was disappointing, and not up to the luxury standards I have come to expect from the brand. Although the views and landscape were beautiful, the prices were exorbitant for the level of service and quality of food provided, which were more akin to a 4-star hotel. The rooms were also outdated and poorly lit, making for an overall unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this resort and would not choose to stay there again."

Thank you Milton in Guest Services and Chef Noel for making our trip special. our dog Lucy was pampered the entire trip by all staff, but Milton and Noel went above and beyond to make our quick getaway a great one.
