Built from Cotswold stone, this quintessential Cotswold holiday home has a wealth of character features including exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak beams, and a cosy wood burning stove. The rooms flow seamlessly into one another on the ground floor, with plenty of comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious sitting room/dining room, with French doors that lead out into the tranquil garden, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience during the warmer months. This is a dog friendly holiday cottage, suitable for two well behaved dogs! Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage in Broadway is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting room/dining room Dual aspect room with exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak beams and French doors which provide direct access to the tranquil garden. Amenities include a cosy wood burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD player, two two-seater sofas and a wooden dining table with seating for four Kitchen Well-equipped and ideal for home cooking. Electric oven, electric ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, and a washing machine First Floor Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2) Elegantly furnished with lovely garden views, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a hair dryer Ensuite with walk-in shower, loo, basin and a heated towel rail Family bathroom Bath with overhead shower, loo, basin and a heated towel rail Second floor Stairs lead up from the first floor landing directly into the bedroom Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Beautifully presented eaves room, with far reaching views over the rooftops of Broadway and countryside beyond. Double bed, wardrobe, reading chair, mirror and a hair dryer Outside Enclosed garden, which is mostly gravelled, with a raised patio area home to an outdoor table and four chairs, and a wrought iron garden bench. Top Cottage is in a perfect location, first time we have stayed in a cottage where everything was within walking distance, and we really enjoyed this aspect. Sharon got in touch pre arrival with all the information we needed and was on hand to answer questions. The cottage was lovely and clean, and had all the Cotswold charm you would hope for. We were 4 adults and 2 dogs, and I would say it was a little cosy but that is cottage life! We would certainly look at coming back here.

Top Cottage is in the perfect quiet location just off the Broadway high street. The cottage was a little small for us (2 adults & 2 teenagers) so we ate out each day but it was a lovely base for a pre-Christmas break.

Great stay @top cottage 1st week of August, Parking in the lane opposite worked out well overall for our week. Really good location to Broadway high street & shops restaurants etc only 5mins stroll through side lane from cottage off the main road. Convenient for all facilities day & evening. Cottage had comfortable beds , good showers well equipped kitchen & cosy lounge diner. Enclosed rear patio with table & chairs enjoyed private sunny aspect . Great Comms from Sharon much appreciated, an additional touch of milk & bread on arrival would be appreciated for late arrivals as 1600hrs check in currently. Overall highly recommended we look forward to staying here again Regards Martin & Laura & Dexter our dog
