We enjoyed our time in Roatán. The home was conveniently located. Home had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Nice layout. My family of 5 was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

This property is nicely located right on the water near West Bay with stunning sunsets. The layout worked well for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated and used the kayaks and paddleboards. Hosts Sofia and John are very responsive and helpful. Parking is plentiful and easy. We were able to walk to many West Bay restaurants, found the restaurant at Los Rocas next door very convenient and good and were able to easily walk up the beach to the location of Roatan Dive Center. The only negatives of this unit are (1) that the floor in the master bedroom is significantly buckled from water damage and needs to be replaced (making it difficult to close the door and causing some toe stubbing), (2) while there are loads of beach and regular towels, the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking (both in terms of a lack of serving bowls and utensils or spices, etc) and (3) the unit is a bit older and needs some TLC/touch ups. We enjoyed our stay.

Sophia and John were super helpful and always available when we had questions. Property has been well maintained given its age. Nice quiet location with awesome sunset views. Paddle boards and kayaks were really nice too have access to. Really enjoyed our week here.

Great place to stay. Centrally placed between west end and west bay. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Spent majority of time on deck when at the condo. Access to paddle boards, and kayaks. Pool was being redone so not available, but who needs a pool when you walk out your door to the ocean. John was very attentive and responsive. Only thing description says 3 bathrooms, there is only 2. Would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our time in Roatan and felt our condo’s location was exactly perfect!
The space was roomy for two couples, kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We loved the quiet beach while being so close to all the restaurants near by. The only negatives were the pool being repaired while we were there and that there are not enough lounge chairs for everyone in our condo much less everyone else in the other buildings.

Couldn’t ask for a better location on the island. Pool was great and reef was spectacular for snorkeling. Bought whole chopped pineapples with rum of course, every other day for breakfast. Lasted 2 days and the vender launches from the property. Bananarama had best pizza- wood fired ovens, west end short walk down beach.
Property managers Sophia and John handled everything and were prompt and helpful. Going back for sure.

We just returned from our one week stay at this condo. It couldn’t be more perfect. The condo is bright and spacious. The ocean views are beautiful. It’s located just a few steps form Las Rocas so you can walk over for a bite to eat. Or you can continue to walk down to West End. Sophia and John were great to work with. Sophia’s brother Raul took us on 2 snorkeling trips and was great at spotting different fish in the water. We even snorkeled with sharks and sting rays which was the highlight of our trip. He was aware that I can get motion sickness at times and was very accommodating while I was in the boat. It was a fun week and we will definitely be returning!

We have been coming to West Bay in Roatan for many years. This place was awesome. Quiet location. Yet close to everything.
We enjoyed staying here and next time would book again if with our adult kids.

Locations was great, private beach but only a few steps to West Bay for restaurants and bars. The villa was very nice.
Lots of space and amenities. TV and internet access was helpful for our rainy day. Sophia and John John were great. Very quick response for assistance and questions. Sophia arranged a great tour to Roatan Brewing Company. We had a great afternoon and got to see more of the island. Incredible sunsets from the deck - best location in West Bay. Bottled water and washer and dryer in the villa were very helpful. We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation! Sophia and Jon are 2 amazing and fantastic people. Communication with them was a breeze! The location of the property was perfect. Close the to so many restaurants, shops and entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Location!!!
We loved the condo and the location but the best part is Sophia and John John! They really go above and beyond to make your trip smooth! I will honestly miss Sophia until we can go back! The restaurants are all super close and unlike west end the beach in west bay is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! When you want to go party in west end it’s like a 5 min boat taxi ride. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back to this same condo!!!!!

Can't beat the location.
Loved our stay! Great place to have your own private beach but still be within walking distance to West Bay Beach. Condo was great and we used the paddle boards almost every day. Only complaint is there were no wash rags or face towels. #notreallyabigdeal. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Front Bliss
Beautifully appointed condo with more than everything you need, super comfortable deck seating to enjoy the tropical ambiance and close to all the amenities. Great to be able to kayak or snorkel right from the condo . Loved it!

Great location in West Bay and close to West End
This is a great location in West Bay. It's far enough away from the main activity to keep it quiet but close enough to easily walk to everything. You can snorkel to a reef from the beach in front of the property and see some pretty cool stuff. Sofia and John are excellent property managers. Our water heater went out and John replaced it within two hours. I never thought that would happen in Roatan! Sofia was always willing to take us where we needed to go and was super helpful with reservations and airport pick-up/drop-off. We don't know what we would have done without her! We'll be back!

Great place and great location!
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Jack's place in West Bay. Beautiful condo right on the beach. We loved West Bay and especially Las Rocas next door. Just a short walk to beautiful West Bay beach. Can't say enough good things about the property managers Sophia and John. They were amazing! A quick text away if we needed a ride to other areas on the island or a replacement for the hair dryer - which actually happened! Roatan is a wonderful place and worth a visit. Snorkeling was great, the clearest water and friendly tour guides. A few words of caution, being there in December turned out is during the rainy season so there was real frustration with weather. Out of the 7 nights we were there, we had maybe 3 nice days. So I'd recommend going other times during the year. I hear March thru June are best as well as Sept. Also, the bugs are quite pesky. Sand fleas are everywhere day and night so, make sure you pick up (or bring) a good bug repellent. Being steps from the beach was the likely trade off w/that. Worth the trip though and we hope to return some day. Thanks again, Sophia!

Fabulous place, fabulous location
My husband and I stayed at this fabulous condo for a week. We appreciated the easy, quick communication with the owner and their property managers. The location was perfect on a quiet, beautiful section of beach next to undeveloped land, but a few steps to the main west bay beach. The house is high quality with everything one might need. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return soon!

Exactly as described
Jack's place was amazing. Steps from the water. Swim right out to the reef. Great dive shop next door. Quiet and feels secluded but a short walk down the beach to West Bay or short drive to West End for activities and restaurants. Jack was very responsive and the property managers John John and Sofia were on top of everything. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Great location in West Bay but away from the crowds
We were on family vacation with our daughters ages 11 and 14. Recently renovated, super equipped and very well kept property at the edge of West Bay. Everything running so smoothly: ACs, fans, appliances. Within walking distance to everything, but away from the crowds. Communication with owner was smooth and the Property Manager Sofia and her husband were so helpful and willing to collaborate and make sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend this particular unit.

Amazing location!!
This place was amazing!!! Clean, beautiful Honduran wood, gorgeous kitchen, everything was top notch!! The location of the property is the best, all restaurants and shops an easy walk down the beach. The dive shop next door at Las Rocas was wonderful, super convenient, and you can catch a water taxi from there also. Sophia one of the property managers was fantastic, super responsive, helped us arrange all our trips around the island, even departure Covid testing. Hands down one of the best vacations ever!!

Beautiful beachfront home
Condo is in a quiet location just off west bay. The condo itself is beautiful with great furnishings and decorations. I loved the high end accessories in the kitchen. Good knives, which is a rarity in rentals! The ocean out front was very swimmable while we were there and I snorkeled quite a bit. Loved the beachfront bar at the dive resort next door(las rocas). The pizza there was delicious, nice service. Other good inexpensive snacks there also. John John was helpful and right on time for our airport transfers. We had a great time. Jack (owner) always super responsive and helpful. FWIW, I probably wouldn’t use Las Rocas for diving there in the future. The dives were nice, but our “guide,” Paco was off doing his own thing while we dived. Completely lost track of a student on her second open water dive.

I did get about a billion sand fly or no-see-um bites so don’t delay on using some kind of spray for that!

Fantastic! Perfect!
Perfect location, exceptional accommodations, beautifully decorated, very cozy comfortable bedding, quiet AC, upgraded kitchen utensils, safe, and the view is stunning! Exceptional, friendly property manager to assist and make sure your stay is wonderful! The owner arranged communication via What's app and airport pick up, we were treated with such attention and care! Roatan is amazing, and so is this accommodation. I would stay here again in a heart beat, it has all the extra bells and whistles to make your stay extraordinary!

Best property in west Roatan
This property is 5 min walk from West Bay in a perfect, quiet location. The owner answered all my questions very quickly and provided recommendations for dive shops and restaurants nearby. The manager met us for check in (and check out) and was really helpful when we needed a short ride at the last minute. The condo is great! Well equipped kitchen, bath, everything you need for a large group of people. Pantry items will change based on what people use and leave, but there were plenty of basics like salt, pepper, ice, ketchup, mustard, etc. We did see a couple of items out of date, so look first, but we were pleasantly surprised at what was available, and of course left some things for the next guests. There is a nice beach just off the patio, and snorkeling (lion fish, sea cucumbers, juvenile fish, barracuda, octopus, scorpionfish, crabs and shrimp, etc.) around the point towards West Bay was fun, even after a day of diving. The computer monitor and charging power cords were appreciated. All in all, a great rental experience on a great island. We can't wait to return!
