Welcome to The Chateau de James by Granger Gardens! Situated in the premier Burns Park neighborhood, this property is just 2 blocks from the Park and under a mile to Downtown and the U of M Stadium. The house has been meticulously renovated to create an opulent and luxurious retreat. With 12 stunning bedrooms, 6 beautiful bathrooms (4 full and 2 half), 2 state-of-the-art kitchens, and a rare and scenic 17,000 sq ft yard, this home is a true masterpiece.
The property boasts exceptional historic elements, from the intricate crown molding to the sturdy all-brick exterior, and the exquisite original woodwork, all of which contribute to its unique charm and character. Our family came into town for a memorial service and we couldn’t have been happier with the house. The host was great, everything was tasteful, comfortable, and worked well. We had plenty of room for our extended family. We would love to rent it in the future.

Bathrooms listed were not accurate, it was a half bathroom downstairs. But other conveniences helped make the bathroom situation disappear, had a great time at the property. Thank you

Our family rented this house for graduation weekend and it was the perfect stay. It was very spacious and everyone had their own space to be comfortable. The house was decorated beautifully and had many amenities to make us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed everything about the house!
