It was okay for the one night

The first room I was assigned was not clean. There was no shower curtain and trash containers were setting on the counters.

Clean facility, nice staff but beds were not comfortable.

Size of room.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't that good. Couldn't put bagels or english muffins in the toaster because they crumbled when they were taken out of the plastic wrap. Bacon and eggs were good.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is great and ths staffs are very nice and helpful. There are few resturants nearby which is good for traveling. Overall, it is agreat stay and will definitely recommend people.

Disappointed

There was no Continental breakfast as advertised. Which was why we chose this location over others. Very disappointing since we had a 5k and needed to eat beforehand.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a difficult situation. When we needed extra time to check out they were more then willing to give it with no extra charge.

would like to have a better offering for free breakfast.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location with good bus connections (about 20min to downtown or 10min driving) and lots of food options nearby. Good breakfast options at the hotel.

Staff could have been friendlier.

Good trip! Met expectations.

Room space was great: we got free upgrade to a suite so had an extra room.

The heater didn't work in the bed room. We had a suite, so it was still heated. Also, the pool was a little cloudy and gross. And then was closed for a day .

it was clean. staff was nice.

food was expensive and breakfast was not like the other IHG. no eggs or cinnamon rolls. you had to pay fir eggs. $10

Awful service, great location!

Location was great!

The room had a broken toilet when we checked in and it took them a whole day to fix it! Not once did they clean (service) our room during our whole stay! When we realized that they had not cleaned the room we called the front desk (4pm) and she said the cleaning staff had left for the day!

bathroom of 310 was awful. terrible reno, old bathtub with stains of old non-slip tub mat from the 80s or 90s. bathroom door of 310 had lots of splatters of something on door and trim. Yuck

Dissapointing

Great location, most of staff was helpful and friendly

The mold in my shower. I have pictures. The BLACK MOLD in the hallways of the first floor. I have pictures of those as well. This place is a HAZARD. Needs to be closed and cleaned. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for hazardous surroundings. I will be pursuing a refund.
