I enjoyed my time there in Joliet.

The price is reasonable for the area.

Minor stuff like paint peeling of the top of the shower. There is also construction going on right now so the name of the hotel is not even on the front of the building.

Friendly staff

Bathroom was dirty (shower needed a good scrubbing) and plaster was chipping off. Also, the pet fee was expensive-$58, double what similar hotels charge.

Bad

They put us on a floor that was under construction, I tripped on a rug and almost loss my life. Horrible experience, it was dusty, smells like paint torn carpet everywhere. Awful experience for my family and I.

Good location right off interstate.

Room was rather filthy compared to other Quality Inns, they did not have breakfast because the cook didn't show, they didn't even put out muffins or pastries, nothing, even making coffee seemed to be a challenge for the front desk. They would not offer a discount for this. Added pet rate of $50 was rediculous considering how unclean the room was. They hadn't cleaned under the beds for quite some time. Not returning to this disappointment of a Quality Inn, substandard to say the least.
