Unable to sleep properly due to loud bumping noise and running above my head for 3 nights.

Poorly maintained hotel

Location was fine staff ok Kathy (served breakfast was really good) sorry if got name wrong.

Shower was tied up with wire and had been for ages as more wire was added. Just fix it! Parts would cost £5 in uk. Curtain wouldnt wind up so totally useless thade also must have been like that for a while. Really poor.

Excellent location and extremely well looked after

The staff cannot do enough for you, always extremely friendly, understanding and extremely polite. The room was clean, fresh and felt homely from the off.

Overall staff was really nice and checked in to make sure everything was okay just did not like the bed at all.

Location, and room size.

The bed was extremely hard and thin. Could feel springs when laying down. Also my room was by an exit door which had a lot of what seemed like people going in and out.

Did not Honor Advertised Price

I liked the large bathroom.

They had one price advertised however when I went to check in, they told me that my reservation was canceled and that I had to rebook at 4x the price. I will not be back.

It wasn’t a five star experience but it wasn’t the worst either.

it’s an easy stay never had a problem booking them or anything but the extra deposit fees they add at the door is something that needs to be noted.

it wasn’t all that the breakfast was too communal I shouldn’t be sharing the same milk with any other guests it should be individual cartons.

Hell Stay

It was right off the highway.

The staff was rude, and there was a bad smell in the room. There sensory light in the bathroom wouldn't stay off. It kept turning on and finally off at least 3x per hour the whole stay. The phone in the room didn't work it was for show. So to try to call the front desk you had to try to call the actual hotel and they never answered when we called. Very very loud people in the hallway and rooms which might not be their fault but they were not going to tell anyone in any room to keep it down. The last night there the fire alarm went off and there was no fire and it took a good 45 mins before they turned it off. The thermostat didn't work properly either we would set on temp. Then it would either go up to a horrible heat like we were in hell or down cold as the ice age. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel ever. Not worth it to stay there I will actually never stay in that chain of hotels again that place ruined it.

The beds were awful. We were on a long business trip and I couldn't sleep or get any rest bc the beds were hard and stuff. Bath tub stopper didn't work either

Dirty room especially all the floors! Tv remote didn’t work at all! One cover on bed was cold

A lot Pulled in parking lot trashy both days. Someone’s bags in entry on bench all weekend!! Tv remote did not work couldn’t use tv and all the floors were really dirty! Also sheet was used as a bed comforter was cold! Staff didn’t seem to care we needed towels said to try back later and weren’t very friendly
