The owner/host was kind, he picked me up, becouse I got lost and came earlier before the check in time. Thank you.

It was not a studio with a private bathroom as offered: only a room - that was spacey, clean - with shared kitchen /dirty dishes/ and bathroom /the toilet was used regularly, someone was bathing in the moorning/. You could hear the ventilation which had a drain right by the window.

Dreadful - if I could give it a zero rating I would

The host was friendly. I'm afraid this is where it stops.

I cannot even begin to explain how filthy this property was (please see pictures for evidence). In fact, it was so grubby my husband and I made the decision to leave after 20 minutes. The photos advertising the property do not reflect reality. The furniture was falling apart, the sofa, bed, rugs and bathroom were filthy and the smell of curry circulating throughout the property can only be described as pungent! The location of this property is via a car park (not the beautiful character property pictured in the advert). Even with my husband I felt incredibly uncomfortable and would not have felt safe returning in the dark. May I also make a suggestion that you ask the (pleasant) lady who was cooking in the shared kitchen to wear some bottoms. Walking round in just a short t-shirt in a shared area is beyond uncomfortable. I would urge you not to rent this property unless you don't mind sleeping in a bed covered in stains and hair, or showering with mould! I have raised a complaint with Booking.Com and will be expecting a full refund.

An excellent place to stay for a single night sleep.

The landlord is a charming man and the owner of the restaurant below for 25 years. He was willing to wait up for even though I arrived very late at night.

Everything location was terrible I didn't even stay there.arrived took one look at the room and booked myself into the Travel Lodge nearby.nothing like the pictures etc smelt of curry I the very short time I was there.very disappointed

My stay was most certainly pleasant. Would go back again.

The proximity to where I needed to go in the morning. As well as the friendliness of the member of staff who received me and showed me to my room. The bed was nicely made and soft. The shower had a good pressure as well. There were also USB slots in one of the sockets.

Would be a little more convenient if the sockets near the bed had the USB plugs as well.

The fact it wasent clean upon arrival, there was black mould in the room, no heating on and the heater provided didn't work. The staff where very aggressive And booking.com let me down

It was clearly written on booking.com that we had a private bathroom. However, the manager gave us a room with a shared bathroom mentioning that the bathroom is ours. Inaccurate information. It took more than 1 hour to change the room after calling booking.com because manager was busy running his other business. Disrespectful towards a woman as well. Annoyed with my request to get the room that I signed and paid for. Unfortunate.

AVOID! Unless you are willing to share rooms with strangers - these are not apartments or ensuite.

Nothing. Very unhappy with this booking. We chose this location because it was close to the venue but we would have been better off driving straight home after the event than paying to stay here.

Avoid !! If I could rate this as zero -I would -It was a horrible experience and not worth the price. This is a TOTAL misrepresentation of what is offered. We booked 2 double en-suite apartments (for 4 adults) with parking and travelled over 40 miles each to get there. It’s advertised as ENSUITE apartments but it is ONE property(above shops) & the stair access was dark & slippery and has NO parking (we were told to leave early to avoid getting a ticket). The house is divided into locked rooms upstairs and downstairs bedrooms off the living area,with a bathroom & kitchen. When we checked in the man confirmed the downstairs area was our apartment. It had 2 bedrooms (1 single/1double) so there was no bed for the 4th person and 2 were now expected to share (wardrobe rail was broken), the kitchen had only 3 cups, hardly any plates /cutlery as you would expect in an apartment. No basics like tea/coffee - just tools & cleaning stuff. When I asked about the 2nd apartment he said there wasn’t one-so I asked for a full refund for the missing apartment but he said he wasn't the owner but he had £25 cash on him which he could give me towards it and I could speak to the owner for the rest. We arrived back @ 2am to find ourselves LOCKED out and no one answered the emergency tel no. We had to keep shouting until someone upstairs let us in. I had to make a bed on the half sofa in the living room - but there was NO door to the living area (only a curtain)and water was leaking from the ceiling near the light. I was still preparing for bed when a couple walked into the living area to go to 'their' room and then used 'our' bathroom! This is when we realised this was a “communal’ space. I did not at all feel safe and couldn't sleep- because my personal safety was at risk.What if it had been a man who came in whilst I was asleep?

Good Value for money, clean and tidy, woukd recommend.

Very clean and tidy, good host and greeted well on arrival. modern inside, clean and smelt really good. great Value for Money. A great location, around the corner from Bromley Town. Would recommend and would stay again.

Could do with a TV in there.

Best place to stay in Bromley

I like the fact that it was close to good transport links because you can easily walk to Bromley town centre. The landlord really welcomed me here and treated me very well. I was given the penthouse and the bedroom felt very luxurious because it was equipped with a modern kitchen and a bathroom all in one apartment. The bed itself is a double which felt perfectly comfortable and cozy with air conditioning and bedside lamp. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here in this apartment as it was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend.

Maybe, it must be too expensive for my budget

It was clean, everything was fine, apart from the curtain where there was meant to be a door there

We thought we had the place to ourselves but realised there was a curtain where a door should've been, and was a shared studio not a private space. We decided not to stay when we arrived
