About this house rental

Memory building Trailside Condo on the snowiest mountain in the East. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has lots of amazing natural light and is located directly on the mountain at Jay Peak resort with a location that is close to everything! A short walk through the parking lot and you can ski directly down to Vermont's only Ariel Tram. Take the Queens Highway Trail cut out and ski directly back to the condo down a regularly groomed path and through the glade to the back deck. Walk, not drive, to the Pump House Indoor Water park, the restaurants at Hotel Jay, Taiga Spa, or the Ice Haus Skating Center. Feel free to take the free resort shuttle if your legs are burning from Jet laps.

The condo boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, panini press, blender, and all the utensils and accessories for cooking your family meals or whipping up a drink (hot cocoa too). Large dining table, stone gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, washer, dryer, books, games, semi-private back yard, and a back deck for the warmer seasons.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed and a desk, for those who need a space to sneak some work in (but why would you?). The second bedroom features two (2) twin over full bunk beds and plenty of room to spread out, with a Roku equipped TV for the kids down time. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. There are full-sized bathrooms on both the upper and lower floors; the upstairs bath boasts a tub and heat lamp while the downstairs bath will win you over with dual head showers to warm you up after your day on the mountain.

First impressions when we walked in was how clean the place was. Spacious, clean and comfortable. For our family, being removed from the main hotel yet having all the amenities of home was perfect. Parking is at the front door and the property is in great condition. Check in was easy and the communication was great. Highly recommend

Immaculate and spacious condo a minute walk from the hotel and ice hause. Our group of two parents, two college kids and a middle schooler enjoyed all the space to spread out. The kitchen was better equipped than the one we have back home! Perfect location for a day trip to Montreal.

Chris was a great host and the location of the condo is just spectacular. We didn't use our car the entire trip, skiing and stopping back "home" for lunch was a breeze, and the water park was just a short walk away. I can't imagine we would choose to stay anywhere else when returning to Jay.

Our family of four loved staying here. Easy access to everything Tramside, plenty of space to spread out, good sized kitchen for the week, PS4 for the kids, everything was very clean. Would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing time at this place. GREAT location, very clean, and had everything we needed. The hot water wasn't working when we first arrived and someone showed up within minutes of us alerting the host and it was quickly fixed. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend this rental.

We were very happy with this condo! It felt bigger than it appears in the photos, more than enough space for our group of two adults and four teens. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable, and it is very close to the Tramside base, with easy to find ski in path. The host always responded quickly, the property was well cared for, great base for our weekend (plus it dumped snow throughout our stay and the skiing was fantastic)!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our short family ski trip. Up to date, roomy condo right on Jay Peak. The location was fantastic and the property owner Christopher was nice and very responsive if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody.

Our family of skiers and nonskiers enjoyed this very comfortable condo. Great proximity to Jay base lodge, water park, lifts. Spent 3 days and never had to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

I drove an EV from Boston to Jay Peak and was fortunate that there was a vacancy in the two destination chargers in the covered garage. Our family skied one day, did the waterpark the next, then went home after skating at the Ice Hause. The beds and bathroom were clean, the fireplace cozy, and the location can’t be beat!

Our family stayed here to attend a hockey tournament, and we were happy to be within walking distance to the rink and water park at Jay resort. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive and helpful (this was our first time to the area). We would definitely go back!

Our family of five spent a long weekend at Chris’ place for a hockey tournament. The unit was very clean, well equipped with updated kitchen and baths, and had plenty of space. Just steps away from the rink, indoor water park, and all the other amenities. We were able to enjoy all that Jay had to offer at a better rate than the hotel while getting way more space and privacy. We did need to reach out to Chris directly during our stay and he was responsive and helpful. We would definitely book with Chris again!

This property was great for the 3 adults and 4 children we traveled with. We could walk to the water park and the tram. If you like to cook like I do, there is a really nice range in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and everything seemed very clean.

We really liked this condo. Its nice layout made it easy to hang out (kitchen/dining area/living room with a nice large couch). We also really appreciated the well-equipped the kitchen and comfortable beds. Very good location: while it is not directly next to one of the ski runs, it was only a short walk through a small parking lot and onto snow for a ski down to the lifts. It was manageable even for my younger kids. And, after skiing, it was nice to be able to walk to the waterpark and restaurants. We also really appreciated the well-equipped the kitchen. Finally, Chris is an excellent communicator. We plan to book again!

The condo was perfect for our stay! The location was just a short walk to the Tram. We had 5 adults and 4 teens staying. Plenty of room and we never felt crowded at all. The owner was great to work with. Always answered any questions quickly. We hope to be back!

We had an exceptional time during our stay at Jay Peak! The condo was perfectly located, we were able to ski in very easily and a short walk through the parking lot to ski down to tram side lifts. Great for being able to come and go all day! Very spacious, plenty of room for our family, newly updated bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely consider returning!

Property is just as described. Right on the mountain, walkable to the Tram base area and the waterpark. Easy to ski in/out of the condo — very little need to drive once you get settled. Host is great - super communicative and very knowledgeable of the area and the mountain. Look forward to returning! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great ski vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher and Kim's condo. It was such a treat to ski home for lunch and at the end of the day to the comforts of home. The condo has a wonderful fireplace that makes the place super cozy. Also, the king and full beds have really nice matresses that are very comfortable. Christopher was extremely communicative and helpful. We especially appreciated his Jay trail insights as we had never been to Jay Peak before. Thanks again for a great stay :)

We rented this condo with our friend’s family as well. When we walked in, we all noticed how clean the home was! The kitchen had everything we could need and more. There were tons of towels and TP. The kids bedroom was large and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the Jay Hotel and all its amenities. Would highly recommend!

This property is exactly as listed. We had a group of eight and it was the perfect size....with each couple in their own bedroom and all the kids in the big bedroom with the bunkbeds. The trails were a short walk from the front door and we handled it in ski boots without any problems. Our host was also super-responsive whenever we had questions, and provided lots of good information for our skiers and riders of all abilities.
