There is a kitchen/diner with an Aga cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, a utility with washer/dryer and a snug and sitting room, both with TVs and woodburning stoves. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link), a double and a single, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture, a hot tub and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking allowed. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Carlyon Bay and Porthpean offer nearby golf. Mevagissey is a 20-minute drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens, and the Eden Project. Newquay and North Cornwall are a 35-minute drive away.
