綺麗で過ごしやすい客室

お部屋がとても綺麗で、宿泊者限定プールも付いており天気が悪くても過ごしやすかったです！！洗濯機も各部屋あり、ドライヤーも最新で素晴らしかったです！また泊まりたいです

洗濯機をかけるとちょくちょくエラーが出て止まるため、上手く乾燥機までできず少し濡れたまま持ち帰りました(涙)

Hmmmmmm…

The room design is actually pretty great, the bathtub shower room is a plus.

We walked in and there is still horrible smell. It took us hours to clear the smell as if no one aired the room. The furnishings are old and getting moldy. The apartment has not been properly cleaned, there are mold in the bathroom sink and the kitchen has cooking stain. We had to clean the whole place again including the floor, toilets and the kitchen for us to feel comfortable. The kitchen amenities are not sufficient to cook a proper meal. The windows were the worst as it is disgusting with dirt bugs and stain, we had to not look outside or step out to the balcony.

プールやサウナなど公共の場所も部屋も新しく、清掃が行き届ききれい。キッチンの備品はすべて清潔で、炊飯器や食器なども追加で借りれるし、飲料水の給水がいつでもできるようになっていたり、細やかなサービスが素晴らしいです。また、エレクトロラックスのクッキングヒーター、バルミューダのオーブンレンジ、ダイソンのドライヤーなどなど、上質な備品を設ているのにもびっくり。旅先なのに自宅にいるような寛ぎと、ホテルならではのスタイリッシュで清潔な空間、プールやバレルサウナ、ファイアープレイスなどアクティビティの充実、レストランが少ない地域だからこそのカフェやフードトラックのサービスなど、すべてにおいて予想以上によかったです。カフェのメニューも美味しかった！

空間大、設備好。沐浴用品好用，加上dyson吹風機吹完髮質變超好👍洗脫烘機很方便！床跟櫃子的高度很讚，14個月大的寶寶在房間探索也不會撞到頭！小廚房能料理美食超級方便～泳池有提供浴巾跟泳圈。

房內空間很大，設備ㄧ應俱全！

床頭櫃上有一些灰塵，不多，但因為嫩嬰會摸來摸去，所以我有再擦拭過一次。

延泊したくなるホテル

洗濯機や電子レンジなどが設置されており、とても助かりました。壁紙やグラスなども可愛くて居心地が良かったです。子供（3歳、1歳）と一緒でしたがとても楽しそうに過ごしていました。

子供向けの食事メニューがあれば良かったです。

広いし、バスルームとトイレが別だし、良かったです！

家族で行ったのですが、バスルームの扉がガラスだったのでその間何となく、トイレや洗面所を使えなく、入ってる時は解放感があり良かったのですが、そこがちょっとなぁ。と思いました。

他のメゾネットタイプのヴィラの宿にも泊まりましたが、家族全員星野リゾートが良かったと言ってます

手入れが行き届いていて清潔、綺麗。おしゃれで連泊したいくらいゆっくりと過ごせました。

食事がピザやハンバーガーなどの軽食のみなので外でお店を探そうにもあまりなくて少し困りました。

5인가족 가성비 강추

5인가족이라 리조트형을 찾던중이었습니다. 4인이상이면 무조건 여기가세요. 넓고 좋습니다. 호텔의 카펫바닥을 싫어해서 마루마닥이었으면 좋겠다생각했는데 여기는 일단 침대방따로와 부엌거실이 구분되어있고 식탁도 넓고 취사가되며 세탁기도있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 공기청정기도 되어있고 처음가는거라 beb5에서 3박 나하쪽에서 1박했는데 다음엔 가능하면 쭉 여기있으려합니다. 11월 9일에가서 거의수영장이 운영하지않는데 여기는 미온수라 야외 하나있지만 아이들하고 매일 수영을 즐겼습니다. 분위기도 있고 저녁에 푸드트럭도있던데 맛은 보지못했어요. 리조트 가성비 강추입니다.

중간에 청소를 따로 신청하지않아서 분리수거가 좀 하고싶었는데 공간이 따로마련되있지 않았던점이 아쉬웠어요. 못봤던거인지 수건과 분리수거를 여쭸더니 카운터로 가져다달라했어요. 2박이상인분들은 미리 클린룸신청하세오

Modernes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern

Schöne & grosse Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung, viele private Parkplätze

Es werden nur die Handtücher gewechselt und die Mülleimer geleert. Es werden keine Betten gemacht oder geputzt. Finde ich sehr schade bei einem solchen Preis.

お部屋にキッチンや乾燥機洗濯機もあり、子連れには大変便利でした。ロビーも自由に使えるので、ゆったり寛ぐことができました。

施設の使い方や場所等、スタッフから説明があるとよかったです。星野リゾート系列だったので、スタッフに期待してしまいました。過ごし方がわからなかったので、ネットで調べて活用しました。

Das Hotel scheint von aussen unscheinbar, aber Ihnen ist es sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Es ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit einer spielerisch gestalteten Lobby. Der Fitnessraum ist nicht besonders gross, aber erfuellt seinen Zweck. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Kueche war sehr sauber. Der Kuehlschrank, Herd und Ofen haben einwandfrei funktioniert und waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Es wurden alle noetigen Utensilien, wie Topf, Pfanne, Loeffel und Stabchen bereitgestellt, sowie ein neuer und sauberer Schwamm mit Seife. Es gab taeglich neue Handtuecher. Das Badezimmer war sehr geraeumig und sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und sprach auch englisch. Das Essen war super lecker, aber nicht sehr abwechselungsreich. Das Fruehstueck beinhaltete 4 Gerichte alle waren sehr lecker.

Ohne den Raumentfeuchter riecht das Zimmer muffig, aber mit dem war das kein Problem mehr, der laeuft 6 Stunden und dann muss man ihn wieder anmachen.

Staff should be more prepared to foreign visitors, but still it’s a perfect stay!

The room is spacious with washing machine and a big bath room and balcony which is amazing. I really love the design of the entrance and lobby and it’s very relaxing to chill there. I did not dine in the hotel restaurant as I would like to try other local cuisines. Although it’s not related to the hotel, I went to a restaurant called manzou table nearby, and it happened to be one of the best restaurants I ever had in my Okinawa trip!

Swimming pool is smaller than expected, but it’s still very comfy, clean and enjoyable. The staff is a bit passive and i find out they are not in the counter all the time which makes me a bit confused when I need to ask questions. Although I’m fluent in Japanese but I have never called a taxi in Japan, so when the staff refused to call the taxi, I was quite shocked since all accommodations I stayed in Okinawa never refused.

Excellent location and family friendly with many food options and easy access to local bus.

Convenient location with nice restaurants and a konbini nearby. Bus stop right outside the hotel in case you wanted to head up to Nago or back to Naha.

Walls are a bit thin.
