Quiet apartment in convenient location

Excellent location, close to beach in a quiet location. Spacious and comfortable apartment with modern facilities.

Decent but a lot to desire for in terms of customer service

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the location of the property

I am all for home stays to enter the business of hospitality but end of the day customer service is key and I like hosts who can go a little beyond their usual and help customers out whenever there are some requests. 1. I had trouble with my credit card details on booking.com, it kept getting rejected, I have used the same cards on my previous transactions and never faced this issue, when contacted the property owner all I was informed was to cancel and redo the booking. I wanted to understand what was the issue. Post 3 failed attempts, I managed to put another card which finally got confirmed. 2. Since we were coming from Hyderabad, I requested if checkin can be provided by 1 PM instead of the usual 2 PM, the outright message was "NO" with no options provided at all. 3. Since our flight was at 10PM in the night, we requested if there was a place to keep the luggage as our checkout was at 11 AM. Again just a blank "NO" with absolutely no effort to provide some sort of an alternative or options. 4. I was working on the day of our departure and I had a call at around 11:30 AM and since it was an important one I requested if the checkout could be extended by an hour as I needed stable internet. I understand there is a booking after our checkout, however since we had booked two rooms and there was only one maid to clean, there was an option to provide one of the rooms to take my call while the other one was being cleaned. I understand sometimes these requests can be tough to entertain but what disappointed is the lack of effort to provide some sort of option or solution. 5. The bed in one of the bedrooms had some nuts and bolts loose and was making squeaky noises through out the night. When contacted the property owner the next day, I was informed that the bed is quite strong but only some of the nuts and bolts needs to be tightened.

This property is a functional averagely priced option, but not a resort.

Was a full unit with kitchen and lounge area. Had a washing machine. Complex had a pool.

Pictures of the ‘resort’ completely oversell the complex. Bathroom was not very clean.

Goede locatie kort bij het strand. Een hele aardige behulpzame eigenaar. Helaas was het slecht weer toen wij er waren dus we hebben veel tijd doorgebracht in de accomodatie maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt! Goede wifi, warm water, netflix een keukentje. Het is in het zuiden van Goa. Hier is het een stuk rustiger dan in het noorden.

Het bed was een beetje hard. Dat was het enige minpunt

Exceptional

The place was near the beach and well maintained, all amenities like induction stove, water purifier, fridge, sofa, wardrobe were there. The location is 2 mins walk to beach and secure gated area. We had fun in the swimming pool which was well maintained.

Lots of stray dogs, at night they kept howling. Not a big issue in the morning but they start barking if you walka around at night.

Lovely villa near the beach

Location close to the beach, spacious villa suitable and extremely comfortable for a family of 6. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and well maintained throughout.

Nothing major just a lot of stray dogs around the area nothing related to the property though.

Villa by the Beach - It's a Home away from our Home

Villa was great, it is very much private and safe. It is well maintained with Air Conditioners, Telivision with several OTT, Washing machine, Refrigerator etc. Kitchen utensils were there with stove and cylinder. Mr. Samson who is managing the Villa was very friendly and guided us on all the breakfast, travel arrangements.

Very good

The villa which is part of the housing complex is good and sufficiently equipped for a couple nights stay for a family. It has a nice pool.

The display image shown for this property, "Villa by the beach" is wrong and misleading; the property is not overlooking the beach. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are over a kilometre"s distance. The Benaulim beach is at a 5 minutes walk I did not like the property charging extra for cleaning for every night of our stay, which bloated the bill.

Good for family staycation

The room was great and they had a kitchen in the room ...it was like home away from home. Its far away from the hustle of the city so that was a good one for us.

the pool was not operational during our stay and that was a little dissapointing

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful owners, helped in evething that anexpectedly happened to us during our trip. The place is located in walking distance to the beach, has its private pool. All the electronics worked well in our room. All our requests were fulfilled.

Amazing and happy. Had memorable Family vacation

Location Near Benaulim beach by 5 min walk. Quite and comfortable with family or group. Sam is person to contact and he is amazing, super happy to help if you need any facilities. i rented automatic gear car for personal use through his contact. on time delivery and pickup. As well as Airport shuttle on pay was amazing on reasonable price. i would highly recommend this property for further family vacation plan. Enjoy.

excellent stay … great location…. Goa with a relaxed stay…

the villa was very nicely equipped with all facilities as mentioned. Yogita ji was very supportive and available just a call away for any assistance. surroundings and location was excellent. amenities were fully as promised. just felt like we stayed at our home. breakfast was very nice. the facilities in the villa was of very good standards. best wishes to Mr.Sam and team.

Great property, horrible manager

The place is close to the beach , clean house ( except for a few things in the kitchen ), pool was great .

The 'manager' , he was rude, and completely uncompromising. My 20 month sick kid was made to leave as we had apparently 'really dirtied the house' which was completely untrue (with an exception of a bedsheet). His demeanor throughout the stay made my entire family uncomfortable. There were electrical issues throughout our stay and we were repeatedly asked if we 'touched' any of the switches in the house. The wifi was spotty and not once did this 'manager' come to fix it till he got complaints from another guest.

Superb

Guarded private territory with a pool, safe to children. Close to the beach with restaurants. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, including laundry machine which was very useful after a week long travel. Out fligt was delayed and Sam was kind to arrange that airport pickup would wait for us late in the night. Good community - signed up for a local Telegram group which had notifications about Live music, workshops for kids, excursions.

Some small shelves in washroom would be convenient (to have place for shampoo bottle etc.).

Superb

Sam was incredibly helpful with everything we needed in the house and leisure plannings for the day! Highly recommend the house!

As usual in the area, the pool wasn't open after 7pm.

Superb

Location is quite good, within 250m of the Benaulim beach. Property is within a complex with security guards and it is quite safe for Family. Really a nice set-up to spend time with family and friends.

The property had all amenities to prepare food in-house but no shops / supermarket in immediate vicinity.

Definitely stay here again!

Sam'S place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great beach location 2 minutes away location, right near beach of great places to eat! Sam was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
