The Black Pearl at Treasure Trove is a gem known for its contemporary and comfortable style and exquisite views. This beauty will exceed your expectations with brilliant Intracoastal landscapes and a generous floor plan. This waterfront oasis features a cozy living area with plenty of space for the whole group to gather.

Cook together in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for 8 while enjoying your view of the water. At night, rest well in the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV.

This light and airy condo boasts a well-maintained interior featuring a King bed in the Primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony. The third bedroom has a King bed. They share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a 2 Twin beds and Full Bunk beds. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just a few minutes away. Four bikes and two kayaks are provided.

Treasure Trove is nestled in a unique and private location, but close to area beaches, restaurants, and shops. It boasts a waterfront infinity pool, grills, and boat and fishing docks. Just behind the condo is the Intercoastal Waterway, perfect for beautiful views and plentiful sightings of dolphins and manatees. You will not want to miss this fabulous vacation opportunity with fun for everyone.

WHAT’S NEARBY:
Treasure Trove is situated on Boca Ciega Bay on the barrier island of Treasure Island. There are many local restaurants within a short walk. Treasure Island boasts miles of gorgeous white sand beaches and that 'Old Florida' feel. The famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just two miles away. It's home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars, John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 parking spot for a boat up to 30', $199 + taxes per week

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We enjoyed our stay! As listed! Great for fishing & boating. Nice pool tho a little small if the units are all full. Kayaks nice but need some tlc bc they fill with water & are almost impossible to get out of water especially during low tide. Great stay & location! Beautiful condo & view!

Very disappointed with lack of communication with manager of this property. Washing machine was broke the entire time along with living room television not having a remote so we could not use it ! With 5 little kids that was difficult not having either !

We used the kayaks, saw dolphins regularly, and the pool was great. Very short walk to the beach and stores - we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience - we would definitely come back again!

This is our new favorite beach. The only issue we had was the bikes were missing and we had to rent some. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is perfect for two families (we had 9 people total). Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for that number of people. Unless you have smaller children, I would not suggest trying to add many more to these units. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels for the week. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit also. The couch in our unit (the Black Pearl) definitely needs replaced and the chairs on the patio are breaking at the welds, I would assume just from normal wear and tear. The only thing “missing” was a hot tub. We had some cool evenings and with all the walking we did, a nice soak would have felt phenomenal. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and splashing around in the pool. Housekeeping was great and very accommodating. We had a great week and would consider returning in the future!

Beautiful property but CLEARLY showing west and tear (not sure why owner wouldn’t keep up with minor repairs: towel bars pulled from wall, scraped pain on cabinets, chipped paint here n there). THE NOISE. There is no insulation on the floors or walls. Again, gorgeous, but you can hear every SINGLE noise from unit above.

Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Nice pool. Rental company was in contact from a few days before and throughout our stay as necessary. Only downfall is we couldn’t figure out how to use the kayaks. Water was too low to easily get in from the dock.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 11 checking in Dec 28, 2022 and checking out January 4, 2023. The Black Pearl was the perfect choice. We shared the 82 degree pool with visitors in the other 3 units, but it worked for use - never crowded. We appreciated the pool toys that were left by others, and added to the collection. The kitchen was well equipped, we had plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels - and made serious use of the washer and dryer. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, but otherwise everything was in good order. Beachside Rentals did a great job of reminding us of garbage and recycle days - and the unit was in good shape on arrival. We loved having the Publix and beach at Treasure Island just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Parking (2 car spaces) worked, but the guest spots were taken, so our guests parked by the beach and walked down to visit. We all enjoyed the rental and the entire Treasure Island experience. Thank you again.

Communication was great and we really enjoy place!!! Place was very clean and also 5 minutes walk from Public. A lot of nice restaurants around. We also rented boat what we found on Instagram @yourprivatecharter and our captains Graham and Giles were amazing and came pick us up exactly to our house dock and took us around Tampa so same like our house rental we also recommend them.

There was almost nothing not to like about this property. The pool was perfect for the children in our extended family, and the pool toys were super. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The soundproofing between units/floors isn't ideal, and the master bedroom can be especially noisy if everyone doesn't go to bed at the same time. The front bedroom is hotter than the rest, and although it's a quiet street, there was some street noise at night in that room.
