About this apartment rental

UPDATE: Due to damage to Timber Ridge Rd. by Hurricane Helene, all traffic must use the alternate route, the 2nd left turn to Timber Ridge Rd. This section is only one lane. It was previously a one-way road but has been designated 2-way by the county until the main road is restored. Please use caution and courtesy when driving to and from the condo.

Unique in design and comfort, this round Timbers condo is a perfect retreat for families and groups that want to enjoy their break in the mountains with style. The warm and welcoming great room with gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a wet bar is the perfect place for unwinding together with mugs of hot cocoa and a board game or two. Cook up delicious meals in the full, galley-style kitchen, equipped with plenty of utensils and appliances to help with any project you want to tackle. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or at the family-size dining table, where guests can warm up alongside an additional gas fireplace. The private, furnished decks are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day. And take in breathtaking mountain and forest views from several points in the house, offset perfectly by the condo's stylish mountain décor.
There are plenty of bedding options to choose from here including two king-size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level—a rarity in the High Country. The additional two bedrooms are accessible via charming spiral staircases on either side of the unit and feature a queen and twin bed and and ensuite bathroom each. Adding to the comfort and relaxation of the home, all bedrooms have televisions so that guests can relax to their favorite shows on Disney+ or Netflix (Roku platforms allow guests to easily access their own additional streaming services).

The property was perfectly located to get to sugar mountain ski area in about 4 minutes. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the place was perfect! It is divided in such a way that there are common areas and rooms for privacy. The hosts were amazing ,communication and responsiveness was almost immediate. We have already told the host we would be back!

We had a wonderful weekend vacation. With 4 bdrms and 4 full baths, the house was just the right size for 2 families with 5 kids total. Everyone had their own space. The house was stocked with everything you’d need, including a nice set of non-stick pots and pans, which is a rare find in vacation rentals, and board games for everyone. Each room had its own heat source, so there was no fighting on what temperature to set the thermostat for comfort. You also couldn’t beat the location. Right on Sugar Mountain and close to all attractions/activities. The Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster is just down the street. Two things were broken during our stay, but did not affect our overall enjoyment. The hosts were very gracious, apologetic, and communicative the entire time. Would definitely stay here again.
