Great stay, location is a gem. Lovely apartment and surrounding amenities.

Location excellent. Facilities were fantastic. The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. Only a five minute walk in any direction to all the things we needed. Beach, shops, bars etc. Only a couple of things would have improved it: some coat hooks on the walls downstairs on the main living level and a different hob. It was almost impossible to cook anything on sadly. Just didn't get hot enough. Most people probably wouldn't be bothered but I love going to the local market and cooking for myself so it was a bit of a shame. Also bit of a smell of drains but this is fairly usual when staying in these sorts of accommodation so slightly expected and unavoidable. Our host/Manager Marc could not have been any more helpful or attentive. He was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Mazi Apartments. The small grievances didn't overshadow our wonderful stay and we would happily stay here again. Thank you so much.

The slightly smelly drains, the downstairs terrace sloped a lot but was great to hang towels out to dry and sadly and unsatisfactory hob.

Highly recommend if you want quiet and privacy whilst having city nearby with metro stop 10 mins walk away.

Staff were excellent and really tried to go above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the property was private, quiet and had own outdoors area. WiFi was great and bed was super king size and loft had high ceiling which was nice.

Air con was great in bedroom and the sitting room had a quality fan, but the kitchen was too hot with no fan or a/c. Luckily fan was portable. Also it needed blinds in kitchen as it was much too hot with sun etc. Unfortunately there was a huge cockroach that came through in a/c and woke me up. It made me sleep downstairs on sofa! Also you have to enter entry code twice to get in, I got locked out- maybe make it easier for guests to remember (key doesn’t work on main door). Note this is not suitable if you have mobility issues, with 2 sets of stairs to get to bed. No dishwasher, so consider this before cooking!😁Also bring shower gel, shampoo etc as these are not provided. There is hand soap and kitchen cleaning products however.

Great apartment close to the beach!

it had everything we needed - we loved having breakfast on the little terrace! The apartment was very clean, and in a brilliant location so close to the beach! lots of shops and bars/restaurants nearby in the main part of Badalona, and it was very quick and easy to get into the city as well!

Location Beach Train station Nice apartment

Very nice place to stay, in a good area, only 4 train stops away from the city, close to the beach would definitely recommend to stay however there was an ant problem..... we had ants crawing in the bathroom and kitchen. The owners were very helpful and fixed this problem straight away. I would stay here again

Despite the minimal shortcomings I am satisfied, I would use again

- very good location near the beach (it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful beach with food and drink facilities). - sufficient facilities with everything you need for living

- quite a dangerous staircase in the flat and the balustrade on the mezzanine (as a parent, I do not recommend for families with small children) - heavily sloping terrace, using the table and chairs on the terrace is uncomfortable
