Modern spacious room right near the station was absolutely perfect

What a great place. Balcony with outside “air” tub!! Small table with 2 chairs and view of Hiroshima. Room size was fine, bed really comfortable and lots of natural light. Bathroom huge with luxury toiletries

This is within a 5-minute walk to the major train station. Staff is very help and help us to print our e-train tickets. The bathroom is big, has both a walk-in shower and a tub; my room even has a big bathtub in the patio. The cons of this hotel is that we are a couple and need only one bed but the room has two queen size beds parked together which is a waste of space; and it is an outdoor corridor building, so getting out of the room is like getting into a sauna.

Convenient location from train station and public transportation. Room was very dark with just a frosted window.

Super convenient location right by train station and baseball stadium.

No staff available on desk before 9am. For the price of the hotel you would expect a clean down service.

It was a clean and nice hotel. The staff was not as friendly as other hotels though. They had a difficult time finding my reservation despite me providing a copy of my reservation.

The hotel is modern, clean, close to the main JR station and also close to the local tram service whicg we used daily. We recommend staying here if you are looking for a value based room. They do not offer daily cleaning unless you pay a fee. My only complaint is that the manager wanted to charge us 2000 yen to check in 50 minutes prior to the normal check in time (3pm) because as per the manager, “they are running a business”. We understand paying for an early check in time had it been hours prior to the normal check in time. Ironically they said they would take our luggage to the room but we could not go in without paying. If the manager really understood business he would have forgiven the fee to gain goodwill and a perfect review. Sometimes you have to look at the forest instead of the trees. Some management training will help him do better in future.

We had a good stay at this hotel. As others have mentioned, it is very close to the train station. It's also close to several streetcar stops. There are some good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and a separate kitchenette area. We also liked the in-room washing machine and the roof-top terrace. The self-check-in process was cumebrsome for a large group--we had to keep entering the same information over and over again. Best feature: comfy pajamas.Biggest complaint: arrangement of beds. One of our units had two double beds which were arranged adjacent to each other with no space in between and no ability to move them, which had the effect of making one giant bed instead of two.

Good hotel within a reasonable distance of the main Hiroshima station (available to get JR local, Shinkansen, and streetcars alongside taxi) front desk not available from between 11pm through to 8am

Room was new, modern and comfortable. Check in was very fast and simple. Location was good as it was near the station, but we did have difficulty finding places to eat and get groceries. Probably due to our lack of knowledge of the area and given our Japanese is very poor.
The roof top area was a nice surprise and had reasonable city views.
The Peace Park was straight down the road the hotel is on, and was super easy to get to.

Room was clean, close to train station. It was a little tight on space with two double beds but it worked fine.

Nice modern and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to main train and street car lines. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment style room. Was an issue for us that the washing machine did not also dry and there was minimal hanging space for 3 adults despite being a large room. Was able to request an iron at the front desk. Was a short walk from Hiroshima station. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The street car goes past here however we just walked to the peace memorial park and castle as it wasn't too far and allowed us to explore more local shopping.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located and a quick walk from the train station. We did wish we had asked for a room on a higher floor. The view from the top floor terrace was amazing, but we were on the ground floor with a view of nothing. This room was really large compared to most of the places we stayed in Japan. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom which we weren’t expecting but really appreciated!

Staff is amazingly helpful and professional. I stayed for 10 nights so they recognized me after a few nights. Helped me call a taxi in the rain, explained how to use the washing machine and tips to dry my clothes, and overall was superb in their professionalism and service.

Love everything about this hotel - staff was very friendly, 5 minute walk to train station, the room was excellent! I just wished we stayed longer.

Exceptionally large rooms compared to other hotels in Japan. I booked a room for 2 and we got two queen beds! Exceptionally large bathroom! The bathroom was probably the size of a regular single bedder hotel room in Japan. They even have a kitchenette to cook your own meals and personal laundry. Everything was clean. Close to tram station and convenience store. Would stay again if I visit Hiroshima.

Very clean, nice staff and convenient location

We stayed in the presidential suite, which was HUGE. The giant bath tub in the kitchen is a little weird, but we got used to it. There is a shower curtain, which goes around the tub area for privacy. It was nice to have a little kitchen for breakfasts. I think the presidential suite is the only room without a laundry machine, which is a bit of a bummer. But, there is a laundry mat (washpark) about 10 minutes walk away. The location near the train station is super convenient! There is a tram stop about one block from the hotel, which gives quick access to anywhere in the City. The hotel offers room cleaning services for an extra fee. We stayed four nights and decided to forego the room cleaning, which was ok. We made the beds and took out the garbage ourselves

The staff were very helpful even though we arrived around midnight. In addition, the room itself was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious, convenient, and had every toiletry we could possibly need as well as a washing machine; the pjs proved were on the large side but very comfortable and between that and the room temperature, my friend and I (who both run cold) were able to be very comfortable. All in all, we hope to stay at another Randor hotel the next time we travel to Japan.

Excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was great. Our room had a laundry machine which was very appreciated. The only complaint would be that the beds were side by side. A little room between them would be better, but we had a great stay.
5.0 / 10.0
This is the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in when traveling around Japan. It could be considered a small studio. Amazing deep soaking tub and great bathroom! Good location if you want to be near the main station but also easily accessible to the public transportation options. About 30 mins walk to the Peace Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Excelent option, near from main train station, several and quality services into the room, large interior room spaces.
