Peter and the St Lawrence Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and neat. It's an older style space with a combination of older furnishings with some newer upgrades and it had everything you would need in a kitchenette style room. The grounds were very well kept and overall a very welcoming visit. Very close to beaches and festival grounds (we were there for the Sommofest Music Festival). We would definitely stay there again!

We loved this location. Great spot for families to stay. We loved the pool, lots of room for kids to play outside. Rooms were cozy & owners were great. We will defiantly be back.

The room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures. Room 4 was where we stayed and it was super small. Even using the bathroom was terrible because your knees were right up against the shower stall. The bedroom just fit the bed. It was clean and fairly quiet but disappointed in the size of the room

Great place to spend a few nights. We had twin beds in the unit, but we’d booked a queen, the manager fixed it up immediately. Nicely located in the park, bike lanes right across the high way. Bath was small, but otherwise was perfect.

It’s a place to stay. There was no hot water, on any of the days. We tried showering at 9pm, 12am and 6am. No hot water in the showers. The walls are extremely thin, so it was very hard to sleep with the sound of everyone else around you. We were there for four days and didn’t have anyone come in to clean or replace towels. We had one roll of toilet paper the whole time. You’d be more comfortable sleeping on the floor than the sheet of plywood of a bed. I guess it is a place to stay, but I wouldn’t stay again. For what we paid, I expected a lot more. Very dusty and smelled like mildew. Had to take a lot of reactine

Room was exactly like the pictures: very comfy even though thge decor is a bit dated. Bathroom was recently renovated, and the whole place had no smell (sometimes older motels have a humid/musty smell, and it wasn’t the case here!). Staff was friendly and check in/out was quick. We didn’t use the pool but saw many families and children enjoyed it. There’s a clothesline around the back that gets wind and sun almost all day to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels.

Great location, I stayed for a week and travelled all over from there. Very clean, somewhat dated but lovely new bathroom and the kitchen had everything I needed. Comfy bed and couch. Enjoyed my little table and chairs on the porch. Lovely owners, responsive. Nice little playground, pool. Well cared for grounds. I felt so safe and very happy. I'm a solo senior female traveller, it's great for families too. I saw some reviews that mentioned a language issue, I had no issues whatsoever. Lovely people. Close to the beach and beautiful North Rustico, cycling, walking, great restaurants. I'll be glad to stay again! Thanks for a great week!

My family had a great experience spending our time on Prince Edward Island at the St. Lawrence Motel. There are five in our family and we stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and a couch in the living room. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled. There was a little kitchen that was even equipped with some dishes and cookware. The staff was very friendly. We stayed at several different hotels & motels on our trip to Canada and this one was our favorite. If we ever go back to PEI, I hope we can stay here. The location is also convenient to the Anne of Green Gables house, as well as a small water park and an amusement park. It's also right near the North Rustico Beach where you can see a pretty cliff. Definitely go to the Olde Village Bakery nearby if you stay here.

Stayed there about 12 years ago and it was great. We stayed again August 2024 and it was a great time again. So peaceful and relaxing. Motel rooms are very cute and clean. Big yard for kids to run in and nice, clean pool. Beach within walking distance and close enough to Cavendish. Will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than 12 years! Thanks for the great stay!

You never know just from pictures what you will get, we were pleasantly surprised. we were 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and living space with kitchen. Place was super clean, beds were comfy. Area is beautiful and so quiet, wish we stayed longer. The motel is in a national park, very close to the beach. Pool was nice to dip in after a long day of exploring the island. For the price and location this is a steal! Can’t wait to come back!

Family of 5. We stayed 4 nights. The service was lovely. The manager and front staff were very considerate and patient with all requests. They offered information about the area to optimize our visit. Other families were there so the kids made friends. The grounds were spacious with lots of grass and play equipment for the kids to enjoy. It was very well maintained for care free enjoyment. The children spent an entire day in the heated salt water pool. The pool water was warm and refreshing, and far enough from the living areas to be unobtrusive to visitors. Internet service was effective for browsing, but not strong enough to hold service for gaming. This is definitely going to be the go to accommodations for our family for our annual PEI stay :)

Counter space was limited and high. Bbq wasn't cleaned and the tank was empty. Place had alot of earwigs. Small garbage bins so had to be constantly bringing it to the one at the end of the units. Beds were comfortable and dining and living area was nice. Pool was really nice with alot of chairs. Showers and bathrooms were nice and well stocked with towels. Sitting area outside on deck was nice and it was covered so on the one rainy day we could still sit outside.

The hotel was adequate at best, everything we needed was included. I would have liked extra towels provided on a daily basis. The internet was sketchy at times, not the best. But it worked.

Located in a national park, the simple motel also had a cabin option which is what we stayed in. Everything was spotless clean, and recently updated. The kitchen had the basics to use while we were there (pans, flatware, utensils, cups, plats etc- no baking sheets though, but it was hot, so who wants to bake!) cabin had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchen/living room. Would stay again!
