We rented their 5 bedroom house. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. Enjoyed the extra large dining table in the kitchen. The location is ideal located in the northern middle of PEI. Allowing you to go to either end of the island and Charlottetown. We traveled with our small dogs and the property was dog friendly. We found the owners very friendly and accommodating, Loved their big garden!!

The staff were so welcoming and kind! So friendly and willing to help. I would gladly stay here again.
The temperature inside the cabin was difficult to manage! It was very chilly at night but otherwise very comfortable and clean.

I want to first say that the people who run the business were so nice and great people very attentive. The area is so nice and quiet, close to the beach and stores. It was great that there was a nice size in ground pool. A volleyball net and ball, several fire pit area's .
Unfortunately our stay wasn't very comfortable, the owners really need to put some money into some up grades in the cottages , the mattresses were rock hard, like sleeping on a sheet of pliewood, but I felt the worse for my 22yr old son who came with us, he had the pull out coach bed, and it was from the 80s there was no life left in the mattress at all, the coil springs could be felt threw it and so he was forced to sleep on a coach that real only was ment for 2 people and he is almost 6 feet. For almost 800.00 for 3 nights, we should at least have mattresses that we can sleep on and wake up, not in pain. My daughter is autistic and so when we told her that there was a splash pad as seen in their advertisement, she was very excited but the splash pad dosen't work, that should be taken off of the advertisement. There is a trampoline, but it has no bounce left in it. There is a washroom by the pool, and that is great. Only there was no toilet paper (had to run to our cottage to get some for our daughter), and the light doesn't work. The trim around the top of the pool is getting brittle and is breaking, leaving sharp jagged pieces that if someone slid into the pool in that area, you could cut yourself bad.
The property and cottages could be amazing, and if there were some up grades, especially new mattresses and sofa beds. I would book again in a heart beat, because it's the perfect spot. But as it is now, I couldn't book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage in PEI. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you could need, from cookware and utensils to table salt, pepper, and BBQ supplies. The cottage itself is cozy and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. Its convenient location near Cavendish Beach allowed us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the beach without any hassle.
The interior is comfortable and inviting, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the hosts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This cottage is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty of PEI in a comfortable and convenient setting. We would definitely recommend it to any friends or family planning a trip to the area.
Everything is great. I would recommend providing hair dryer as well.

The cottage was really clean and comfy. The place was quiet. Staff was friendly. I would go back again.
Sometime the fridge door wouldn’t close, as it needs to be raised at the front

Everything we loved it
Not a thing

We enjoyed the large cottage. We were a group of friends getting together for the first time in a while, there were no concerns about how loud our group was as we were away from the other cabins. plus, the llamas are adorable and we were close to their field.... and the little turtle tank at the top of the stairs is a fun little touch.
Kitchen was well stocked and had all you need. Including tea towels, and other cleaning items.
The TV in the living room did not work or have any cords to connect the TV receiver. The cottage is a little outdated, however I think it gives the cottage some character.

poorly kept...poverty, I'll repaired

It was not a far drive from the place we were going
When going there we knew it was going to be a older type of cabin but when we got there it was very dirty, panel was falling off the walls, black mold in the bathroom, and when we went to shower there was little to no water pressure, not even enough to get the soap off our body, was also some sticky substance on our stove
2.0
It was handy to the beach and Charlottetown.
The mattresses were too old. The fridge was broken but they did bring a new used one right away. The inside of the cabin just needed a little more loving care.

Wifi was weak

I booked here because it was the cheapest accommodation I could find. Staff are friendly. Cottage is quite basic.
Not sure about the electrical system and smoke detector. Not all plugs and lights work. Linens and blankets have holes. The cottage has no heat and it's cold

it was a nice quiet property in a good location and easy to find.
Wifi did not work well

the location was fine if a little out of the way
the beds need replacing as my air mattress was more comfortable than any of the beds, they needed to sweep for spiders before we arrived as there was cobwebs and spiders all over the entryway.

It was nice and quiet. The lighter was empty and the wall clock's battery had died
but we enjoyed it nonetheless and had a good family time there and were happy with
the four chairs and table.
there's a grass hump on the way to the cabin where I bottomed out on and there's a giant pot hole at the driveway entrance which is very dangerous but all in all we had a great
family time.

No breakfast supplied. Lot's of green space well mowed
Everything in the cottage and on the property was old run down, in need of repair. Didn't use the pool- it was small and didn't look inviting.
2.5
Location to surrounding activities was really nice.
Angel the worker is fantastic
Ease of use of facility. No one looking over your shoulders
The cottages need upgrades.
Better kitchen utensils
Upgrade the beds. They are very old

We stayed in the big house. Lots of room, with all the things we needed. Kids loved the pool and playground. Great space for them to run around
The house had no air-conditioning, very hot during high humidity. Lots of earwigs in kitchen, couldn't leave screen door open at night
4.0
It was quiet and clean. Lots of open space, playground equipment, pool and firepit available.
Needs some touch ups, little dated. Sloped boards on steps to get on deck. Could catch your toe. There was a support board running from roof over verandah that you could walk into when going to sit at the picnic table
