Enjoy undisturbed views over the Bellinger river in this fully equipped four double-bedroom house, located on 32 acres just 4 minutes from town. With outdoor dining, fire pit, river access, indoor spa bath and stylish interiors, you'll be sure to feel at home in this recently renovated Federation Cottage from 1918 featuring a verandah entertaining area with retractable fly screens. Private nature trails, swimming spots, beaches, waterfalls and national parks within a short distance.

Peaceful location with tranquil view of the paddocks with the river in the background. Newly renovated 4 bedroom house with a sensational wrap around balcony. Family had a great time and our dog had the time of his life.

Tulip Cottage was our home away from home. Well appointed with everything we needed. Accommodation was comfortable and the surroundings were amazing. If we ever get the chance then we will be back. 20 out of 10

Really nice property with 4 large bedrooms and very well equipped. The fire pit was fantastic and there was plenty of wood. The Host lives next door and is very obliging and timely with any requests. Excellent wifi however no free to air TV channels were available.

Everyone needs to experience this piece of heaven. I wish we didnā€™t have to leave. The hosts were 5 stars and the property was perfection.

The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. The host was a great communicator and left some goodies for us at the property! The little touches to make our stay enjoyable were just divine! The view from the property is beautiful and so serene. The kids found the games and had a blast in the garden playing for hours. The deck is such a nice area to sit down and relax. The kids had no issues connecting their devices to the tvā€™s. The fans made the house cool and comfortable in hot days. We will definitely be back to this beautiful place. There is a nice coffee shop 6 minutes drive at the main streets in Bellingen, nice brewery and IGA for groceries. We found all this information in the booklet provided at the property which was really helpful (:
