Excellent apartment in a perfect location for Vieux Port Marseille.

Split level room a lovely set up. A well stocked apartment with everything you need including brilliant air conditioning and internet. Only a five minute stroll to Vieux Port.

Street was noisy until the early hours but this cannot be helped by the property!

Appartement idéalement situé mais pas reposant à cause du bruit

Dommage que l'appartement n'ait pas de double vitrage car c'est très désagréable de se faire réveiller tous les matins par les engins de nettoyage de la ville dès 5h30. De plus, nous avions les bruits des marteaux burineurs d'un immeuble en rénovation à côté. Bref, on aurait apprécié le double vitrage pour pouvoir faire des grasses matinées c'est pour cela que je mets des points négatifs sur le confort et le rapport qualité prix.

Bon emplacement mais...

Tres bon emplacement dans le centre de Marseille. Pres du vieux port. Pres des commerces et des restaurants . Facilite pour prendre différents transports (bus. Metro. Bateaux). L appartement était très propre. Une bonne literie. Les instructions pour accéder aux appartements sont claires. L appartement donnait sur une cour intérieure très calme.

Nous avons été déçu de l appartement. Il s agissait d un studio avec un canapé lit alors que sur booking la description stipulait une chambre et un lit. Nous avons pu changer d appartement mais nous avons du evidemment payer bien plus cher . Les photos sont très trompeuses. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain et il manquait des serviettes pour s essuyer les mains dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Dans le salon/coin cuisine, pas de fenêtre. Il fallait allumer la lumière le jour. Pas de poubelle au pied de l immeuble. Nous avons du les poser quelques rues plus loin (selon les instructions de depart). Une soirée, un sans domicile a dormi dans les escaliers du rez de chaussée. (odeur pestilentielle).

Host can be nicer

Good location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Having instructions in English on how to use cooktop, washer and dryer would've been helpful. Host did try to help with translating stuff into English.

Rough start at this facility. A huge food stain on drapes when i arrived on Saturday. Got cleaned 2 days later. No coffee pods until asked. Got them 2 days later. Only 2 bath towels were put out. Host said "You have 4 towels!" I was expected to hunt for them inside the sofa! Shower backed up and flooded on last 2 nights. Host was mostly snippy and takes hours to respond if he/she didn't like the question. Be prepared for a blue light to flash even when you're sleeping. The clothes dryer pauses after every minute and needs to be pressed again and again. The person using dryer before me didn't know this either. His clothes were mostly wet after sitting in machine for hours.

L'emplacement est très bien

Pas d'accueil. Entrée vieille et laide. Les fenêtres plein sud ne peuvent s'ouvrir. Le lit en haut de l'escalier est peu accessible pour des seniors. Pas de volets mais des rideaux. Dans la journée on ferme les rideaux et on est dans la chaleur et dans le noir. Je déconseille totalement !

The price is worthy for the location but not for the experience.

Very good location.

Too hot to sleep on the upper floor since the air conditioner cannot reach there. Not so clean, can see a layer of dust on some furniture and stains in the shower room.

The place was exactly as it looks in the pictures, all very new and nicely decorated. The best part is the location, super close to vieux port.

great location. small but well equipped

property was modern and well equipped. location was perfect in the hear of the old port.

despite having air conditioning it was unbearably hot and we all had trouble sleeping. despite asking for the WiFi code it was never given which a inconvenient.

The location was fine, the person who worked there was nice, but I was not happy about the charges

The surprise charge for towels and sheets was completely unacceptable. When travelling for work you need to know how much you're paying, in this case I had to ask for extra reimbursement for something that should be included.

Awesome stay in the city centre

The house was very clean and comgortable also for long period of stay. The host is very friendly and always avaliable to support you during your stay. All the necessary things to cook, wash your clothes was in the house. The shower was also very large. A very fine apartment, in the very city centre (2 minutes to the Vieux Port by walk)

The only thing to improve is a slightly better light. It worked fine but maybe I would have preferred it a little bit more powerful. Anyway, it worked just fine

Great location and design, needs better service

Great location. Nice modern design. Nice building.

To noisy, felt like we sleep on the street. New windows with better isolation would help. Cannot open any window in the room. Need to put beddings by ourself and clean the apartment on last day by ourselves. Staff doesn't speak English.
