The place was nice but it didn’t have hangers. My suits stayed wrinkled.

The condo hotel is operated separately from the actual hotel running the front desk. Their communication is of a threatening, unfriendly nature where we were left feeling like our reservation might be canceled if we didn’t fill in the form from a link by 2pm. We weren't able to fill it out timely because the link wasn't working. The front desk told us there's nothing they can do without the form since it's a separate business. I called them and was told they were aware the link wasn't working and their IT team was working on it. The front desk offered to hold our bags because we planned to leave them and go to lunch, but with the threats of cancelation we were left feeling we couldn't trust leaving our bags so we sat in the lobby for an hour. We never heard back from them that they fixed the link so I tried repeatedly and finally got everything filled out and the deposit that costs twice as much as the room paid. Once we got to our room the maid walked right in to clean, this was after the 4pm check-in time. She did a quick, halfway cleaning job and left. Afterward we noticed each bathroom had 1 washcloth and we had 3 people. We tried to get more but with the 2 businesses not working together we weren't able to. Nice place, bad service and communication. I gave them 3 weeks to respond to my message to them about our experience before posting this, they never responded which leads me to think they don't really care. Won't stay here again.

Stayed for business. 4 nights. Pool is great. Super simple to use and close to everything. Great weekend stay.

Great place to visit will definitely be staying here on my next trip.

The property itself is super nice. HOWEVER the parking options are bill but for the 40 dollar a day valet guys. Who are excellent. But the thing is this building is by the highway on ramp. So think obnoxious vrooming while you try to sleep.

The check in process is easy. The staff was kind even offered to hold our bags since our flight landed early in the day. This is my second time staying at this hotel. We were on the 17th floor this time. The view from our room was amazing and the balcony was a great addition. My only gripe is the elevators are slow and sometimes only one or two are working at a time. I love the added security feature where you need to use your keycard to gain access to the rooms and various amenities. The location to food and bars and clubs was perfect. There’s a Whole Foods and Target close by and several fun things to do with family. Oh and last but not least. Parking. Don’t bother trying to find parking on the street it’s difficult and it’s not free until almost 10 o’clock. Valet is 40$ a day and it’s 24 hours. The hotel gets busy so depending on the time of day be prepared for a short wait when retrieving your car.

Great view from the balcony to Lady Bird Lake and South Congress Ave. Enjoyed the sunsets and the early morning coffee on the balcony.

Great property! Very clean and spacious for the whole family to enjoy. Great city views.

Parking was horrible and miserable, and the elevators sometimes only one elevator working at the time

Great experience. Everything that you expect was available at the property. This is not a regular hotel, and more like a luxury apartment. Very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Do not stay here. All that could be heard all night long was the traffic from the freeway. Cars, trucks, semis, and motorcycles all night. It was the worst nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Also the bed was beyond soft. Not comfortable. There was only one plug in on one side of the bed, and a light on the other- not for both. Additionally, the left side sliding shade was broken so we couldn't raise it to get any light in during the day. It was miserably loud and waiting for the elevators at 10 and 11am when people were checking out took almost 30 minutes. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Great room at a good price but very noisy due to being right by a busy highway.

Great place and location. The front desk customer service was amazing. Our concierges' service needs a little work, but the overall stay and experience was wonderful.

Overall great experience! Great property, near a lot of attractions!

The stay was nice. The room was clean ans spacious. It could have used a few more things. There was not enough silverware. There was enough bath towels, but only one washcloth. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost.

Property is great. One person at reception is not professional. I brought this up with the owner, was asked details and then no follow up so figured other guests should know what to expect.

Air conditioning was a little confusing to operate. Other than that, fantastic place.

We loved everything about our stay. Close to everything including the river trail, shops, grocery, dining.
Cool pool, a bit small though. Good gym and easy checkin process with a cool little coffee shop to boot. Very nice, highly recommended.

I loved it! Had a Wonderful Stay! Valet was excellent!

The property itself was nice. However, there was blood on our bathroom door, no check in early at all, no way to take our luggage to our room, i was also suppose to have a veiw of the city and i didnt. The valet drivers that we had to pay 40 dollars a night to park were very nice but 40 dollars to park every night is crazy.
