We had a great time. Certainly a trek to get to the main areas, but the view was amazing.

This is a stunning place to stay. It's beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The outdoor decks and spaces have postcard views. My review is 5 star all the way. The check-in team takes good care of you and can arrange drivers and day trips. We had my wife and I and two young adult kids and it was great for all of us. Highly recommend!
One note to mention is that this villa is higher up in Positano, which means you get great views and you also are away from the crowds down low. But be prepared to climb a lot of steps to get back to villa. There is a market pretty close by, but the main stuff is pretty far down. Going down is no problem (10-12 minute walk to beach) but up is rough. Most days we went to the taxi company and paid 30 euros for a car to take us back up to villa. Was money very well spent!

This picturesque Positano rental was even better than it appeared online from the photos. I will definitely come back! Valerio, the property manager, met us at check in and made everything seamless. There was complimentary wine and soda in the fridge. The beds were super comfortable, and the views at every turn were exquisite. 100%

Don’t even hesitate!!! we travel a ton. We stay in lots of different kinds of places. The space, quality, cleanliness, location, accommodations. We’re all perfect!!! They could’ve had nicer towels and sheets for such an expensive place. But the location the property manager the cleanliness was all unbelievable we will try and stay here again for sure.!!!!!

BEWARE. These people are very dishonest. They stole our bags and their property listing is COMPLETE fraud. My family and I rented one of their homes in Positano for my mom’s 70th birthday. This was by FAR our worst experience of our entire trip. The ad was very dishonest and caused us to leave for the following reasons.
1. They say the villa we rented had 4 bathrooms, but it only have 2 full bathrooms.
2. They say the villa had 3 bedrooms, but one is an adjoining bedroom without a shower. This is only 2 bedrooms.
3. Lastly, they say the villa is “a few steps” from the Positano shore, which in actuality, it is over 500 steps and a €40 cab ride into town. A few steps implies 10-15 steps, not a €40 cab ride. This property could not be further from town and was not advertised as such. Not to mention, it was on the busiest street, with a blind spot from motor vehicles, around a bend that was extremely dangerous for my parents.
Our bags were lost through ITA and they were delivered to the home we rented in Positano. They stole our bags and never gave them back. We would have NEVER stayed in this house if we were not deceived by their false and fraudulent advertising. We had to leave Positano because my 70 year old parents could not walk the hundreds of steps multiple times per day.
NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Extremely pleased with this place. The terrace, the view and the space are unreal. The support from the team was very good as well. Highly recommend for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Field.
The home is exactly as advertised - beautifully appointed, very clean with many great terraces. It’s perfectly situated for the best views of town and the sea.
There are three bedrooms, all with doors that open to a terrace. Two of the bedrooms are connected, which works well for a family or close friends. The bathrooms are fantastic!
A lovely hot tub on one of the top terraces is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
The villa is accessible by car - important for arrivals and departures - and is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill to the beach.
Our hosts were also excellent. They provided everything needed before and during our stay. We were thrilled with Villa Field and would happily return next time we’re in Positano.

The Villa was amazing. The view was beautiful and I didn’t realize how amazing it was until I notice many people stopping on the road below to take photos every day. You won’t spend much time inside because the multiple verandas have so much to offer. The home was very clean and the showers were very roomy for Europe. One shower has an amazing window to view Positano while you shower. Valerio our host was amazing and helped us with recommendations and transportation. He did everything he could to make our stay simple. Beds are okay, especially for Europe. The pool is not a hot tub and it will only get to 23 degrees Celsius. So, unless it is much warmer, it is a bit cool to get in. The average temperature while we were there was in the low 70s degrees Fahrenheit, so that may make the difference. We were in Positano for a wedding and I was disappointed that I could not have a few guests over. This is a view you would want to share with family and/or friends you might be traveling with. Antonio explained this was by law. So, if you want guests over, I would suggest registering them as guests and pay the minimal tax fee. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Fantastic place to stay. It felt like the size of 3 homes. Just the courtyard and balconies were bigger than where you would expect to stay. Everything seemed new from the wall paint to the outdoor furniture and cushions. Don’t expect a cozy living room. Just some chairs and small table but you shouldn’t be on a couch much if you are visiting Positano. Our only real gripe would be the beds were not comfortable. Really hard mattresses and not the bay pillows. Even with the uncomfortable beds, we would still give this place 5 stars. It must be one of the nicest houses in the city.

Where do I even begin? We LOVED our stay in Villa Field. Valerio and Antonio were very helpful in organizing transportation from Naples. Valerio met us at the Villa and showed us around. He was so personable and kind. He is genuinely a phenomenal person. I was so impressed by him. He was available throughout our stay for any questions. The Villa was spectacular. It was clean, beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. The flowers that surround the outside are incredible, and the lemon tree made us so happy. It even had ripe lemons for us to eat! The tile in the different rooms and bathrooms was stunning. It is all original and approx 150 yrs old. The showers are great, the beds are comfortable, and the AC works well.
Every time I walked out onto the balconies, I would say aloud, "Wow". A short walk down the street are a couple of markets. One sells fruits and vegetables and the other sells everything else. Right by the market there are stairs that lead down to the beach. Without kids it only takes 15 min to get down there. With kids, about 20. Lots of fun shops and another grocery store along the way. We loved the exercise! We walked to both Spiagga beach and Fornillo Beach with three young children, ages 8, 5, and 1. I recommend a baby carrier. The villa is right in the center of everything. The view is worth the trip up and down the stairs. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to make our own meals. It is my new favorite memory.
The door by the kitchen doesn't lock, but other than that, our stay was perfect. Thank you so much!
