Ari and the rest of the staff, Antonio, Rosalyn and everyone there were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa. Quiet, peaceful and exceptional service.

The service at Villa Fiorentino could not be any better. The staff all make sure you have whatever you need at all times. They will go out of their way to make a dinner reservation, set you up a car to go somewhere, or even set up an excursion. The rooms are incredible, and the views are the best I’ve ever seen. Truly an incredible place.

Never have I ever stayed in a hotel where I haven't wanted to leave its premises. The facilities and the room we had the privilege of staying in had magnificent views of Positano. The staff were also incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful!!! This property is simply divine! Our family of 6 just stayed in the 3 bedroom Garden apartment for four nights and it was perfect. We loved having breakfast on the terrace (relaxing early morning shade) overlooking the town and sea and then enjoying the shade of the garden in the heat of the day. Plenty of sunny spots for sun worshipers too! It is also lovely in the evening for sipping wine and enjoying the night time view. The rooms and grounds are stunning, so much so, that we found ourselves lounging at the Villa more than we typically do on trips. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for great restaurants, reservations, and anything else you need help with. The two pools have gorgeous views and there is also a convenient pool bar. This Villa is really a gem. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked and paid for Villa Fiorentino online. It was pricey but so is Positano and we were late booking so didn’t have many options. We were pleasantly surprised to see how lovely our villa was. We stayed in Sogno D’Amore villa which was great as we were traveling with 2teenage children. It was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen with washer/dryer and a terrace with spectacular views of Positano and Med sea. Service was great in reception, in our room and by the pool. Breakfast was lovely delivered on our terrace each morning. We had a car and there is no parking (and there really isn’t) but they made arrangement to have our car picked up and parked. It’s up high which makes the villa very private and quiet. Bed linens and towels could be upgraded but that is any easy fix. Would recommend unless steep stairs are a problem. Positano requires a lot of stairs and VF is no exception. There were 90 stairs to our room and about another 300 from town up to VF. It was a great much needed workout but not for everyone. It you are healthy, this is a great stay. Hope some day we can make it back.

This place is beautiful. Amazing view and close to great restaurants and popular sites like Franco's Bar. I enjoyed the guest sign in book in our room a cute touch. The staff were attentive from check in to check out. Breakfast was served in our room each morning with great options to choose from. Thank you so much Villa Fiorentino for an amazing stay!

Not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe this place, the staff, the experience and the view it is EXCELLENT BY FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EVERYTHING!!! I urge anyone staying in Positano to stay here. The room is amazing clean and has everything you need including a proper hairdryer which for a female is amazing breakfast every morning with the view just WOW
Thank you again for an Amazing stay x

We loved our 8 night stay at Villa Fiorentino. The terraced setting was lovely. Not for the unfit due to all the steps, but we loved them as it worked off the wine! The brother who run it are so helpful. They booked us some great restaurants to eat at. They helped with anything we needed. The pool on the top terrace was beautiful and our kids loved it. Such a relaxing space. There are plenty of terraces at the villa to relax and sunbathe. They have cleverly created private spaces for everyone to enjoy. Also the small infinity pool was cool too with amazing views of Positano. Our Garden suite was spacious. All with comfy beds, our top terrace was fab for breakfast. The garden terrace gave space for drying our swimming gear. Breakfast plentiful but perhaps quality could of been better.
Only one downside for the money we spent........I would suggest they give the Garden suites kitchen a makeover as all the cupboards were very musty smelling as very old! Also a few socket covers kept falling off....perhaps a little unsafe around kids. Also some doors needed some attention with handles.
So overall amazing and close to everything but down about 400 steps to town.....but that’s Positano as built on a hill!
Oh and they made lovely pizza at lunch time:)

Villa Fiorentino lists itself as a 5-star hotel, but it is not, this I know since I worked for 15 years at a 5-star hotel. There is no beautiful lobby, no concierge to help you with all your questions, no doormen to greet you each time you return and no elevator.
What Villa Fiorentino is is a very nice apartment hotel with services. That being said as an apartment rental with services it was very nice. The accommodations, ours a 3 bedroom was very nice and very tastefully done. The view from the patio and bedrooms was awesome, it overlooked the ocean and the hills of Positano. The view was the highlight of the accommodations, you could look out at it all day and night.
The very nice breakfast is brought to you every morning, based on your selections and is set up on the terrace. The staff was very nice and the pool, though small, had a beautiful view of Portofino. One important fact, the accommodation we had had 93 steps to ascend and descend each time you went out or returned. This is not for older or unfit people, actually, Portofino is not for unfit individuals, lots of stairs and hills to climb in addition to the ones you need to ascend once you reach the hotel.
If you are looking for a beautiful view and a large accommodation out of the hustle and bustle of Positano this is the place for you. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel where they take care of your every need, this is not.

Our family of six just spent ten glorious days Villa Fiorentino in Positano and we couldn’t be more happy with the accommodations and every aspect of the hotel.
A family owned hotel the location is perfect in relation to the town, the rooms (we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa Victoria) were large and the decor was exquisite. The views from the terrace, just magnificent. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning, served on the terrace and the food and the service were very, very good. The rooms are modern and new and our villa had s large kitchen and washer and dryer which came in very useful. The hotel pool and bar area are stunning, there are really no words to describe the view from the infinity pool. Everyone at Villa Fiorentino were so accommodating and helpful prior to and during our stay. They have great recommendations for restaurants, excursions and transportation etc. We would not hesitate to revisit the hotel and would high recommend it to everyone.

The views are spectacular, and the walk down to the beach and center of the town are not too bad compared to other hotels. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff and the view of Positano from our rooftop deck was enchanting. The rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi were both great, although to get up there you need to hike up many flights of stairs. If you are not fit or don't like to walk, this is not a place for you as you must walk up the stairs from the road to the reception area as well as your room. If that were not an issue, then you would enjoy your stay here although it is quite pricey.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and like we had chosen very well. The villa's (we stayed in two) are spectacular and spacious! We were in heaven and are already trying to figure out how to get back here soon.
This family run Villa/ hotel is one of the best in Positano, with the best views too! You will not be disappointed.
They are friendly, classy, clean, so helpful in every way from booking cars, dinner reservations, offering directions, preparing meals, everything you could possibly need.
We were on our honeymoon and wish we could have stayed a week to enjoy all they had to offer. We will be back with friends and family.
This place is perfect for families as they have kitchen, laundry in some rooms, living rooms, large bathrooms & dining rooms. It far exceeded our expectations!!! THE BEST!!

I can't say enough how incredible our stay was here...I really didn't want to leave. The villas have the most incredible view and the room offers you everything you need - we settled in immediately. The private sun terrace is divine! I want to come back!
