Posizione fantastica, a 100 metri dal mare. Posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Camera tripla ampia, e pulita. Possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Il paese di Sperlonga è a 1 km di distanza, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, passeggiando lungo la ciclabile. Punti di forza sono: - l'accoglienza - la colazione, abbondante, sia dolce che salata, tutto fatto in casa. Squisito!!!! Esperienza da ripetere!

Nulla, ma consigliamo una doccia esterna, utile soprattutto quando si torna dal mare.

We didn’t want to leave when our stay was up.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my rental car, and they helped me enormously by calling the rental company and speaking in Italian. It really was such a big help to me. The hotel is charming, comfortable and in a short walking distance to a beautiful beach. We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic stay at La Madison, staff were great and offered wonderful local restaurants where we had the best meal of our trip. It said reception and parking was closed from 1-4pm but they were kind enough to let us check in when we arrived at 2pm. 10/10

Clean, well-maintained, modern and tasteful design, functional layout, separate breakfast area, outdoor seating. Super amazing location to the beach, less than 5min walk, and 20-25min walk into the town and old town.

Fantastic accommodation- would highly recommend!

The spacious size and cleanliness of the rooms were superb. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for their lovely private (and public) beach and restaurants. And the on-site shaded parking was an added bonus.

Loved it! Hope to come back!

We liked the place, it's nice to have a quiet getaway vacation. everyone were super friendly and helpful! It's 20 minute walk from the old city, so in the evening we went there for a gelato or dinner.

The only thing that could be bad is that there is not a big breakfast options. There is a plenty of a good pastries, but adding something freshly cooked (or veggies) could be a great adjustment. But it is not a big issue.

My stay at La Maison was really lovely and more than I could have ever asked for! I stayed for three nights during a rainy weekend in the early tourist season (mid May), so it was quite comfortable, uncrowded, and easygoing in Sperlonga. The building is surrounded by clean white fencing with beautiful trailing flowering plants on the fence, and access to the building is secured with personal key cards, so it feels quite safe. Surrounding the main building were lawns and plants, but nothing too elaborate. The overall aesthetic feel of the building is chic, yet stripped back, with many white, grey, warm, and pink tones. I arrived early by a couple hours via Cotral bus (although I would Piazolli) and was able to check in early, though this option may not be available during the busy season! I’m very glad there was English speaking accommodation from the manager and staff, as it was quite helpful. Originally I had booked for a single person room, which was quite quaint but comfortable enough for a solo traveler staying for a couple nights. The accommodations were great and clean. My room had a closet, safe, window, desk and chair, multiple lighting options, and a dresser. The hotel was pretty quiet at night which was nice. I am really grateful to the staff and especially the manager for their service and friendliness, as they offered me to have my room upgraded from the original to a room with more space at no additional charge! I didn’t expect this and was quite thankful for their generosity, and I figure that this sort of opportunity doesn’t occur frequently, especially during the busy season. Actually, all the staff I encountered were really friendly and kind and quite attentive to my needs. From offering to fill my refillable water bottle to helping me figure out how to get from Sperlonga to the Fondi Sperlonga train station, and even offering me extra pastries during the afternoon, I felt very cared for.

The wifi was a little slow.

The hotel is very new and clean. Very nice patio for breakfast with a large assortment of pastries and coffee. Parking lot was secure and easy to access. The beach is a very short walk away. Overall, such a lovely stay!!!

If I had to say anything... It's just a bit further from town for a leisurely walk to dinner - most of the restaurants are a short drive away.
