This stylish place is perfect for large group trips!

Located in the lower east side close to Brady St, this spacious unit features 3 beds/1 bath, new modern kitchen with granite countertops, center island with stools, stainless steel appliances, formal dining room with large dining table, and exquisitely designed furnishings and decorations throughout.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. We also have a queen sized fold-up futon mattress that sleeps 2 and a large sofa that also sleeps 2. There are numerous amenities offered in the unit including drip coffee! Plenty of street parking throughout in a peaceful yet vibrant neighborhood!

This was our first visit to Milwaukee. This place was VERY clean and cute. 3 good size bedrooms and large kitchen. Parking was easy. All the activities we wanted to do were walkable as long as you’re willing to walk. One thing I would have liked is a binder with what locals like in to do/eat in the area and directions for the home - where to take the garbage, what to do on check out but that’s just a me thing. would highly recommend!

We came to Milwaukee for Summerfest. It was a safe, great location. We were no more than 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Close to All three rooms had queen beds. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful especially when I had trouble getting the electronic lock to work ( completely a problem on my end). Great location and cool neighborhood. I think the neighborhood would be better for young couples or people without kids but it was a really nice place to stay!

We stayed here at the beginning of June for little family getaway from Chicago. This house was perfect for the 3 of us, and had everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy, and the hosts were quick to respond. The location was great - close to the lake, the museums, Brady street and tons of stores and restaurants. We loved going to Cass Park a few blocks away to let our toddler play. We also walked to Pride Fest which is the same location as Summerfest. Overall awesome stay, highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious property in easy walking distance to Brady street and the lake side. Really enjoyed our stay (6 adults). The 3 bedrooms are all great and the communal areas were perfect for socialising. Would highly reccommend!

Overall, great experience. Easy check-in and check-out process. Key code access is convenient. Everything was very clean. Owner’s responded to my messages. Seems to be located in a pretty safe neighborhood. We only had 7 people but be prepared to be a little cozy if you have 10 people. The futon is a floor mattress and the couch is probably better suited for 1 person. There is also just one bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, especially being in walking distance of Fiserv Forum and Veteran’s Park.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable home away from home. Quick communication with owners. Nice location and neighborhood felt safe. Recommend securing your parking spot near the house and using taxi as street parking fills up very quickly. Would stay here again! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Had a great stay at this adorable home. Everything was as described in the listing. Great neighborhood with good restaurants. Only downside was the street parking. Had to park over a block away.

We had 5 senior adults. Our place was advertised as 3 Bedrooms, sleeper couch and a queen sized futon. We should have all had a relatively comfortable place to sleep. Unfortunately there was no futon but instead a futon mattress (no frame) that we needed to lay on the floor. Needless to say one of us had to sleep on the floor on the futon mattress, not comfortable at all. Bottom line the description should not be that it "sleeps 10" or that it has a "queen sized futon". Just be honest...

This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. The layout is perfect. It is a quick walk to the lakeside, parks, and restaurants. We will be staying there again whenever we visit our Milwaukee family!

This location was perfect for us on our visit to Milwaukee. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance, not far from Lake Michigan. The house was clean and perfect for the three of us to have fun together and yet have privacy in our own bedrooms. The host was very responsive to our needs.

Location was great, close to Brady and short distance to downtown. Street parking is easy during the day, but if you wait until evening to park, you'll likely have to walk some. For an old home, it's nicely decorated and updated. The kitchen is great but not well equipped. Only had 3 plates and 3 bowls and had to use owner supplied paper plates/bowls. Also missing some basic items like measuring cups. That seemed a bit weak for this house. Overall, great place to stay however.

This place was so cute modern and clean. It was such a relaxing place and I enjoyed every nap I took there. There was onsite laundry so it was nice to go back home with clean clothes. Billy and Pauline were very responsive and kind. Check in process was so easy! Location was great and we were able to walk or take a short drive to anywhere we needed to be.

The house was just as expected! My only complaint was that the people staying above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at some points when they were walking around. I would also suggest that a snow shovel be left at the house as there was a snow storm while we were there and the snow removal company didn’t come until later on the day.

Great property everything is updated and nice and clean. we were able to easily walk to most things we wanted to do. Management was super responsive and very friendly. we will definitely recommend staying here and do so ourselves in the future

No issues! Cute house, clean, older building but updated kitchen, new furniture. A “Rae Dunn house”. Conveniently located to Brady Street—fun little stretch of bars (that incidentally provide convenient free shuttles to Brewers and Packers games!) Two sets of laundry machines in the basement in case you need them eases up on the need to pack a lot! Check in and out was the easiest ever—combination smart lock to get in, no cleaning instructions or anything for check out but we did tidy up as much as possible. Host was most agreeable and generous. Would definitely return here if available for future plans.
