House is great! Well-stocked kitchen & baths. Tucked away, but still close to town. Seasonal decor changes definitely make it “homey” which means owners truly want guests to feel like it’s not “just a rental.”

This house was very nice and clean. It is as advertised. I would stay there again.

We had our first annual girls weekend and this property could not have been better! The kids had so much fun in the game room, we all slept like babies, saw deer in the yard, and made the best memories! Keson was great with communication and we will definitely be staying in the future. The house was clean and they definitely want you to enjoy your stay with the amenities. It is also in a great location, close to everything but you also feel like you have your own little slice of heaven. Thanks for everything!

Great house outside of a great city in Boone, NC.

My family enjoyed a beautiful, cozy weekend at Alpine Ridge! The house had everything we needed, the view from the deck was lovely, and the game room was a lot of fun. We enjoyed using the fire pit and making s'mores and rocking on the porch. We even saw a bear, a few deer, and many birds.

This place was even better than the pictures. The house was well maintained and decorated super cute. We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday with family and friends. The kids LOVED the garage, game room, and the slope down to the fire pit. This is a great central location to access Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock and all the other towns. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a comfortable house and easy for us to separate or join together in a room to visit, watch TV or eat. We loved all the wildlife we saw every day.
It rained every afternoon, so we went out every morning and came back in the early afternoon and enjoyed our interests.

We enjoyed the house and our stay with friends and Boone. The game area in the garage as well as the upstairs video game area were particular favorites.

Great location for accessibility to all the kids stuff that we wanted for our grand kids. Short drive to Tweetsie and all the fine dining around the area.

We spent a long weekend here and wished we could have extended our trip! The layout of the house is perfect for families of all ages. We have three children (2, 9, 11) and everyone was able to spread out comfortably. The game room was perfect to unwind after busy days exploring Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. There are several restaurants nearby but we preferred to stay in and make use of the fully equipped kitchen. Great cabin with very tranquil location tucked away on a hillside!

We really enjoyed our time at the property and loved playing the games! Although we didn’t use all of them, it is great that every bedroom has a king bed.

We enjoyed our stay at Alpine Ridge. We brought our daughter’s pup and enjoyed time with family. It was a good place for us to cook and visit together and near by Valle Crucis.

We had a great stay at Alpine Ridge. Everything in the house was as listed. The game rooms were great for the whole family (plenty of games for everyone). The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were a perfect size. We will defiantly be back.

This rental is full of unique character and every detail was well thought-out. Keson checked in with us, and promptly responded to our messages throughout our stay. This house is perfect for families - everyone was entertained! The location was very convenient to town, but nestled on the mountainside, allowing for a nice view with plenty of privacy. We also loved that every bedroom (except kids room) had a King Bed. We’ll definitely be booking again, and will be recommending to our family/friends.

If you don't have 4WD in the winter / snow months, I wouldn't attempt, but the other 80% of the year- this house is a must!
This house had so much to offer it is hard to tell where to start. All bedrooms have comfy king beds with linens provided. The bathrooms have towels, soap dispensers, and even different washcloths for makeup removal. From cotton balls, to hair ties, they were super thoughtful in thinking through what someone might need. In the master there was a dog crate and a pack n play. You can tell the owners have kids and dogs which were our kind of people!
There are tons of tvs in the home which makes it easy for kids to go off in other rooms and play. They have a keurig and regular style coffee maker. There is laundry on site and we used it to clean up after snow tubing.
The only thing I wished we had brought was a way to cut down more branches for the fire pit. There are a ton of branches to use,

We came here for a weekend to enjoy Hawksnest tubing, and we ventured to Blowing Rock and Boone. Great location - central and close to everything. House is well-appointed and charming, clean, and you can tell the owners go above and beyond to create a welcoming home. Would recommend to everyone, and my family can't wait to return.

We loved everything about the house. The game room was great and I was surprised that the split unit could keep up with heating that space (it was 2 degrees outside), but it did. Having 3 king beds was also a plus. My only recommendation is during the winter be aware of the weather forecast. If there is snow on the ground this place is extremely difficult to get to. The owners did notify us that it would require 4wd and possibly chains to get up the hill. I would absolutely bring chains to get up, and I couldn’t imagine how the trip down would go.
Overall, this house is well worth the stay. Fun, clean, and, great views. 99% of the year you will have zero issues. Just be prepared to walk a 1/4 mile up a steep slope to get there if you encounter a snowy weekend.

I loved everything about my stay. On arriving, there was a welcome note along with snacks, which were greatly appreciated as I drove all day and didn't stop to eat. The coffee bar was well stocked and the kitchen has everything you need. My favorite spot was the porch to watch the sunset and the deer. My Frenchie Luna came with and she had a ball running in the yard, so grateful they allow pets, she is my girl. The living room is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, which I love so I didn't have to worry about wood and more importantly - bringing in spiders from the wood. I had such an enjoyable, peaceful day I extended my stay by a day. The property was full of colorful leaves and I got to see a few wild turkeys. The trip to town was quick and the house was immaculate, I will definitely be back!

Our small group loved everything about this property! So many little touches to make you feel welcome. Everything was so well thought out and beautifully decorated. The game room was super fun and the added bonus of being able to bring our fur baby made it absolutely perfect. Great location too!
