Overall, it was very comfortable and easy to access.

I liked how easy it was to go in and out of the building

Perfect place & good value.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. It was quiet, yet close enough to restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed. Gym was very clean as well. Friendly staff. We’d stay here again.

Bed was a little too soft for me but I still slept well. So all good.

Stayed 4 nites and it was very nice.

All was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of parking. Nice excersise room.

Only one small desk lamp. Hard to read when the sun went down. Both lights in bathroom have timers. Goes pitch black when in shower. In middle of nite when you go to bathroom, bright nite lights come on. Too bright, wakes you up. Coffee maker in dark cubby hole. Need light so you can read directions. You’re not told when booking that parking is extra. Wait till you see the 5 extra taxes that are added. Too funny.

Great for work trips to Bay Area

Everything was great. Very convenient stay, close to airport, nice room, great breakfast. We also used the boardroom facility which was great for meetings.

The electric car chargers are tricky to use and expensive. Also we did not like the Keurig coffee and tea station. A kettle would be better

My sister & I stayed at the San Carlos Hyatt the Saturday, a week earlier with our families, which was great. So, needed another trip to RWC, so of course we rebooked & well FOR SURE be back again‼️

Great hotel stay overall! We will return whenever we visit the area.

Modern hotel in a great location. Spacious double rooms, quiet, clean, and friendly service! Good variety of breakfast choices.

Breakfast food ran out often on the weekend. They replenished the breakfast items, but the amount of food was insufficient to feed guests who continued to arrive for breakfast, even one hour before it ended.

Brand new hotel in San Mateo

The location is good. Close to freeway and Stanford University.

Our room wasn't made one day at 8pm and housekeeping was off already. We had to switch to another room.
