A few of the amenities include a twelve-top dining table, Sonos sound system, Star-link internet and a large screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with Viking appliances, a wine fridge, a large walk-in pantry and an additional full-size fridge in the laundry room. The main level also offers a primary suite with full bath, walk in closet, inviting sitting area, private balcony and coffee bar. It is also the location for a 6th bedroom with a shared main bath and a game room with game table that converts into a pool table, ping pong table and card table with benches.
The upper level offers two oceanside bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a king bed that can be converted into two twins upon request. Each bedroom has a semi private balcony and seating area. These two bedrooms share a bath.
Also, on this level are two bayside bedrooms each with their own en-suite and semi private balconies with seating. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other a king. For your convenience, a coffee bar with ceramic mugs, to-go cups and a mini fridge are centrally located on this level.

Cool off in the infinity edge pool overlooking the bays most beautiful aqua blue hues. Air temperatures are pretty consistent to 80 degrees, based on a sunny day, which warms the pool nicely. The pool patio is open and airy yet surrounded by tropical landscaping for plenty of privacy. There are many cozy seating areas including, cushioned couches and swivel chairs, veranda with roll down shades, two rattan hanging chairs, teak dining table with movable umbrella, a four person high top table, grilling space, outdoor shower and a rare area of soft grass where a game of corn hole can be played. Iguana's are frequently seen basking in the tree tops as you look out to the bay. Lime, orange, mango and fig banana trees are also unique to this property.

We have had the pleasure of staying in a dozen or so similar-sized houses throughout the Caribbean, and this was without question our favorite house! If you are looking for a house on St. Thomas, please don't look any further - you'll want this one!
The house is beautiful inside and out, the kitchen is by far the most well equipped of any that we have ever rented, the beds are comfortable, the house is technologically advanced (Sonos system for inside and out, solar power, easy-to-control lighting and ACs) and well-designed in its layout so that those sleeping are not disturbed by those sharing the common areas, the pool and grounds are very well maintained, and the experience of staying at this home is what a vacation should be.
Oh, and the fact that the house has been equipped with a Tesla power wall (three of them!) that keeps you free from worry about the island's power supply issues was a HUGE plus.
Alex, the property manager / concierge, was wonderful. She met us at the home for check-in and gave us a very thorough but concise walk-through tour of the property, answered all of our questions about the home and the island, and was in frequent contact by text messages throughout the week to ensure that all was going well.
Even the grounds crews were great. Trash collected without us ever knowing that they were there, and when the gardeners came on our last morning I (with no exaggeration) watched them dive into the driveway a few inches at a time to be quiet.

Outstanding house for our 11 family members. Plenty of room and the views are spectacular. Not walkable to the beach but it was a close drive to everything. Alexandria did a great job greeting us and making sure we knew where everything was. She was also good about checking in via text.

If you are looking for a location that provides comfort, fun, breath taking views, quick access to the one the most beautiful beaches in our hemisphere then Villa Lucco2 is your place. The only issue is you may never want to leave the villa and explore the island. We come often so have our routine. The location fit in perfectly to our daily routine

We take a trip every year with extended family and have had our fair share of misses with rental homes. This one blew us away. Immaculate and very well appointed, we cooked with ease for our large multi-generational family. There were even containers for leftovers in the kitchen! The gorgeous views and well furnished outdoor space allowed it to feel like a real vacation even when stuck at the house with a teething baby. Alex, the rep from the rental co, was so warm and helpful. The walkthrough explaining all the tips and tricks to the house was invaluable and she responded quickly even on a weekend night when the stove ran out of gas. Comfy beds, good water pressure in the showers, and ample AC. We would stay here again!

Every detail was allowed for. It was as if there was a mind reader involved. Indoor, outdoor dishes and glasses. Rain or shine activities. Areas for being together or apart,the views, oh my word! I could go on.and on. Perfection.

It was overall excellent; beautiful property; amazing landscaping and views.
Nice amenities with beach supplies, kitchen fully stocked for simple or elaborate meals; plenty of refrigeration/freezer space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Only a couple of suggestions: more or larger bath mats; a better mop and a mop bucket and a start of cleaning solution for mopping - Mr Clean, vinegar, bleach - just something to start with.

5 couples all enjoyed our stay at The villa. The property manager was incredibly responsive and super helpful getting us settled and showing us all the features of the villa. The home was very well supplied and had everything we needed and then some, including beach chairs and all the extras to enjoy at day at Magen’s Beach, which you have to go to, especially after staring at it from the pool.
The master suite was a bonus for our parents. 10/10

What an amazing and relaxing getaway! You cannot beat the views and location of this house! My family and I stayed here for a week around the holidays and it was perfect for grown adults plus a toddler and newborn. Alexandria, the property manager, helped arrange everything for the children so all baby rentals (bassinet, etc.) were conveniently at the house when we arrived. The location is perfect - a less than 20 min drive from the airport and five min drive to the best beach on St. Thomas. We will be coming back for sure!

The property is everything we were expecting. We had a group of 10 of us (8 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of room for all. The patio is where we spent the most time taking in the views and weather while enjoying the pool. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for what we needed which was extremely helpful since we made many meals at the place. Alex the property manager was available at all times and answered any questions we had as well as provided us with recommended drivers and events going on in the area. If you do not plan on renting a car we recommend calling Lisa (a driving service the vrbo recommended) she was amazing and always punctual. She also can provide a weekly rate which we did not know or find out until a few days into our trip which was unfortunate for us, but wanted to pass along to those reading reviews!! Most places are relatively close, but nothing is walking distance, so without a rental car, driving services is a must. If you are considering this place, look no further! We were all very happy with the place and would stay again! Lots of great memories had by all.

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect property for our family vacation! The views were incredible and the layout of the home was a wonderful fit for our extended family, which ranges from ages 8 - 80.
Everyone had their own great view and privacy but we never seemed to need it because we were usually in the expansive common areas together. I agree with a previous reviewer who said it is hard to want to leave and explore the island! We did tons of day excursions, chartered a yacht for a day, and went to St. John, which was easily accessible with our cars from this location. But every evening we were anxious to get back to the house to enjoy the sunset, swimming, and dinner on the patio.
As someone who tends to over research trips and is always worried if I booked the right property, this one was above and beyond perfect and was even better than the stellar reviews it has received.
We had zero issues while we stayed and Alex, the amazing property manager checked in throughout our vacation with tips and suggestions when we needed. She was so wonderful to meet and welcome us to the home, show us around, and had fresh fruit and treats waiting. Had there been any issues with our stay, I'm sure they would have been resolved quickly.

This was an amazing property and the property manager was super attentive and helpful! Even more beautiful in person than in pics. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the generator and inability to completely fill the master bath with hot water. However, they were quick and attentive and it all worked out great!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this villa. It was perfect for our 4-generation family that stayed here for our destination wedding. Everyone felt like they had their own privacy. The property manager was great. The villa is in between both Magens Bay and the Atlantic ocean and the views are absolutely breathtaking.

Villa Lucco was an absolute gem. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The views from both the front and back of the property were stunning. The moment you walked through the front door you were greeted with stunning views of Magens Bay and beyond.
The house was well laid out for a large group, with plenty of space both inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having things like ice, coffee, fresh fruit, paper towels, and trash bags on hand when we first arrived. A personal favorite was the large mango tree in the back; having fresh mangoes for breakfast was a real treat.
The location was quiet and private. We joked that everything you needed was twenty minutes away, and that was more or less true.
I think it is important to make a special mention of the property manager, Alex. She is a professional, and the communication between her and I was excellent. She was always available to us the week we were there to help out, give advice, or answer any question, day or night. She was awesome.
We were a group of ten, four of us roommates in college some thirty years ago. We gathered together, with our families, to reconnect and celebrate our friendship. We made many wonderful new memories together and would come back to Villa Lucco in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property with breathtaking view. The pool was great to relax in at the end of the day after boat charters. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows. Also wasn’t far from cost u less grocery store for provisions. It’s like a sams club or Costco at home without needing a membership. We had a little hiccup with ac upstairs bedrooms but it was quickly resolved by the next day. Owner was very nice and even sent us some rum and champagne for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future since we do a family trip to the rock every year. The sunsets are just amazing at this property. Book it!!

Can’t say enough great things about this home. It exceeded our expectations. Alex is a fabulous property manager and the setting is absolutely stunning. Having a cocktail and over looking Magen’s Bay is something I hope to never forget! We had 9 in our group, 3 of which are teenagers. We all loved the pool, grilling area, and the rooms. If there is 1 drawback, it’s difficult to leave such a beautiful place to get out and explore the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Villa Lucco!!

The pictures do not do this Villa justice. One side of the house you wake up with the sunrise over the ocean, then the other side overlooks Megans Bay with a beautiful view of the sunset. Alex was amazing! Kind, respectful, and compassionate, she is very good at her job. The house offers all the amenities a wide range of ages need. I highly recommend staying here. It is paradise!

Villa Lucco was absolutely perfect for our stay in St. Thomas! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 8 children all under the age of 12. Alex, the property manager, greeted us at checkin with a beautiful charcuterie board and a tour of the villa. She had provisioned some groceries for us as well so we had some food to start off with before we could make it to the store. Alex was available all week whenever we had questions and was also a great source of information on restaurant recommendations and such. The Villa has been very thoughtfully designed and stocked. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. All of the bedrooms have a view of either Magen’s Bay or the Atlantic side of the island. The master suite is stunning! The location of the Villa can’t be beat….only 5 minutes and one turn to Magen’s Bay! The pool and the patio overlook Magen’s Bay and are perfect for watching sunsets. The Villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or the pool. There are really nice beach chairs, plenty of towels, some floats and even a few sand toys. They also provided snorkels for all of us on request! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay on St. Thomas and can’t wait until we can visit Villa Lucco again!!

It was such a personal wonderful touch to have somebody walk through the property and tell us a bit about everything. We absolutely loved her. The property the views the access to everything here is perfect. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Everything that is recommended by this property is amazing the drivers that they recommend hands-down professional, and on time if not early. We came here with a family of five and there was plenty of space. Plenty of things to do. The place was immaculate.

Without a doubt this was the best of the best in terms of what was advertised and what we experienced. In terms of the overall experience; the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of dishes and glasses for large groups. It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and baths with no complaints. The pool was perfect and spending time outdoors was a real treat. We would stay here again. We just loved it. The booklet that was provided was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, shop, and play. Just made the whole experience better.

My wife and I and 4 young kids (10, 8, 6, 2 years old) stayed 8 nights and wished it was a month. From the moment we arrived we knew we made the right choice. Alex (property manager) welcomed us with our groceries already put away and showed us all we need to know about the property, gave us great referrals for in house massage (Bluezone Massage Therapy, Debra was awesome), boats charters (Sonic Boat Charters, Captains Nate & Louise are amazing and went above and beyond to make our 7 hour catamaran trip unforgettable I highly recommend doing this it was worth every penny and more), Chef Danielle Berry was great and great food. Villa Lucco is a short drive (3-5 min) to several good places to eat, we enjoyed take out breakfast/lunch from Northside Grind a few times. Grocery shopping I would recommend The Market inTutu for much more quality choices than others.
We definitely plan to book Villa Lucco again next time we return to St Thomas.

Our trip started with great communication and check in with host Alex. In addition to explaining all details of the property she also gave us some great tips and advice for visiting the USVI. The house was beautiful and in great condition. Views from every room were breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property!

The house is gorgeous, the views amazing, proximity to everything great, Alexandria who manages property fabulous, amenities are ample, kitchen has all it needs and beds are so comfy. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi which was unreliable and not working most of the trip. We managed without it but missed out on ability to watch fun movies or shows while together or do the little work we needed to do while there. Highly recommend this place. Just what we needed as a family. Thankyou.

We stayed 5 days but wish we could have stayed longer. This place was absolutely amazing. Clean and modern home. The view is breathtaking. The property manager was informative and very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed. The owners also went out of their way to make sure we had a great celebration for our 15th anniversary. We will be back for sure! Thank you for the hospitality !

We had an AMAZING stay at Villa Lucco, it was even better than we expected! It was extremely clean and the decor was beautifully done. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making their guests feel at home during their stay. The house manager, Alex, was VERY attentive and would respond within minutes to any of our questions. The best part of the house is the view - it was absolutely breathtaking to wake up to each morning. My kids were crying when it was time to leave. Hopefully we will be back very soon!!!

As a family we travel a lot & stay in many houses this is one of the cleanest & best houses we have stayed in. The view is amazing! Let me start with the property manager.. Excellent. Alex was johnny on the spot for anything snd everything we needed. We were not a high maintenance group but she can and will deal greatly with a high maintenance group. She is amazing. Thr owners of the house were incredible as well. The best i have ever dealt with. The house is brand new and decorated and appointed high end. The bed rooms are all amazing with noone getting the short end of the stick! The kitchen and the house was the most well stocked we have ever had and i have done a dozen villa vrbo’s in the carribean. The master suite is hiluge. The pictures of this villa are not even close to how good it is in person. And the view a ten. You are 5 minutes from megan’s bay. 12 minutes from the grocery/liquor. Alex can get you are ride anytime anywhere if you give her 2 hours notice and he is very reasonable price wise. There are beach chairs, snorkel gear, anything and everything you need. The place is beyond perfect for a big group and i would give it 20 stars if i could. It is the first villa i will ever return to. We felt like royalty there the way we were treated and the villa being so beautiful. There is a restaurant with really unbelievable local food 5 minutes away named Brooks bar. Amazing service and food. If you are looking at other places and this one is on your list i suggest you just rent villa Lucco! You will be very pleased!
