We ranged in age from 4 to 75. 12 of us. The house as far as space was PERFECT. Room for all of us. Yes, as past reviews have said, the house is “tired.” Which is such a shame. It’s a great house and could easily be fixed. But we loved it. We had a major problem with the water pressure which they tried to fix. They finally got it so we could take a shower. Hopefully this will be fixed for future guests. The pool is wonderful, right outside the door. Lots of beach towels. The ocean is just a few steps away. Wonderful area by the beach with lounge and rocking chairs. I could have happily spent the whole week right there. There’s a big water cooler for fresh water. (We were warned not to drink the water from the faucet.) They gave us a bunch of gallons, we refilled a few for a small amount. All in all, a great house for the price. Hopefully they will fix the water pressure.

The location and size of the property are great. It's definitely needing a little tlc but to be expected of an older house. The AC didn't work in the master, but they fixed after a couple nights. The beach is awesome. The outdoor area was very nice as well. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. My kids loved the gameroom.

Last minute passport issue landed us in Saint Croix... Great pivot!!! Same day booking for a week was easy... We asked for a rush check-in which they made happen... The property is older, but it handled our party of 12 nicely... The pool/hot tub were appreciated often... The house is right on the beach w/ a private beachside pier/dock... Great morning coffee spot... Nice sandy beach in both directions... Duggen's Reef is just west down the beach for an easy walk for great food & drinks... Great views of moored sailboats & Buck Island... Excellent snorkeling w/ a sunken sailboat that attracts tons of starfish, conchs, lobster, sea rays, & assorted fish... The reef isn't too far out for additional excellent snorkeling... Saint Croix has a variety of excellent restaurants (Savant, Rhythm's, Too.Chez, Rum Runners, The Bombay Club, Duggen's Reef, Bluewater Terrace (we had them cater to the house), Hamilton's, & many more) to choose from, we frequented Christiansted most evenings... 5 stars for most meals... They also have plenty of excursion companies for adventuring like scuba diving (St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures), deep sea fishing (Down South Charters), Buck Island tours (Carribean Sea Adventures), zip lining (Carambola Zip Line), drinking pigs (Domino Club), etc... If you can handle 5 miles of hiking you'll want to visit the Annaly Bay Tidal Pools on the north shore, make sure that you time your tidal pool arrival just before low tide though... The eastern part of the island has a large stone sun dial monument marking the most eastern part of the US territory... I could keep going... We all had the best time!!! We hope to return someday...

This property is great for a large group. Our group had 13 people from a 3 year old to some 64 year olds. Plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. The property definitely needs TLC and updating. We enjoyed the pool a lot and loved walking the beach looking for shells. We saw a few turtles from the deck on the beach. There is a lot of sea grass that took away from doing much swimming in the ocean, though the beach was kept well swept. We had a wonderful chef, Chef Motta(Motta Cuisine) come and prepare a delicious meal for us at the house. All in all, it was a great time!

We just spent two weeks at the Beach House. It was wonderful in every respect. There were 8 of us - family and friends. The house is spacious; there is more than enough room for up to 12 people. A short walk of about 50 yards takes you to your own beach.. Or, swim in the pool or lounge in the hot tub. Located near the east end of the island, on the north shore, Beach House is a short drive to Christiansted and to many great restaurants. Overall, it is a wonderful place for friends and family to gather.

My family stayed at the property for a week, and we had a wonderful time. The online posting is accurate to what you experience at the property. The house is spacious with plenty of common space for everyone to gather and relax. The back of the property is paradise. As you step out the back door you immediately see the pool, hot tub and, beach front with plenty of outdoor sitting.
The location was also great. There are plenty of hikes and places to see within just minutes of the house. The port where you can go out to eat or shop was about 15 minutes away. We highly recommend the property and would absolutely return.

This spacious villa on Teagues Bay was the perfect place for our group of 8 to celebrate our long-time friendships and several 60th birthdays. The 6 bedrooms provided everyone with privacy when wanted, but the social areas were the highlight. We fully enjoyed use of the game room, dining room, covered veranda, pool bar & grill, pool area and beach deck. Very relaxing. Proximity to Christiansted provided access to fine dining, shopping and island excursions. One evening we enjoyed the talents of a professional chef who served a gourmet private dinner at the villa. We lived like royalty at a very reasonable cost.

The location of the property to the Caribbean is amazing, walk down and having your morning coffee on the deck on the edge of the water. The cleaning up of the sea grass during the week makes the beach very nice to enjoy. Donna was very quick on taking care of any items that came up while staying at the property. You can look in the utility room and see that the UV light for treating the water is working seeing the light at the top is on as a nice piece of mind. Everyone in the family enjoyed staying at the property, with enjoying the pool and amenities. Can walk to TLC Cafe to grab a breckfest and water.

The property is in a great location. Nice pool area and nice to be right on the beach. plenty of room for a big group. House needs some maintenance and updating. We made it work and had a great time.

The Beach House was roomy enough for our whole family which consisted of 12 adults and 3 teenagers. With our private pool area, outdoor bar seating, open air-porch, we found plenty of places for comfortable individual outdoor relaxation. The private beach was beautiful.
There were some things that needed to be updated in the house and my husband and I would have wanted an elevator to use the master bedroom.
The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for our family. The game room was great!

We rented this beautiful home for a family vacation including 6 Adults and 3 children including a 3 month old baby. It was my dream come true vacation. Stunning location right on your own beach which we almost always had to ourselves. Snorkeling out front to the sunken sailboat (look for the 2 buoys to the left of the dock). Starfish and Conch easy to find. We found turtles all over the place near the docks at the yacht club to the right. You can walk to Duggans Rest. and TLC Bakery. Our favorite restaurant was a short 5 minute drive to Blue Water Terrace. As for the house we read the reviews and they are mostly correct. Beds are all comfortable. Pillows, Sheets and towels plentiful. Great to have a washer and dryer. The house is for sale and is in need of some repair but none of that affected us. Pool was clean. Hot tub was okay for sitting it but most of the jets don't work. Kayaks, paddle boards, pool toys, umbrellas, and many loungers to choose from. We enjoyed meeting Thor who stops by to check on things and knocked down some coconuts for our girls to eat. He also told us how to go for a crab hunt at night. The girls loved seeing the huge crabs! Donna was easy to contact and VERY VERY HELPFUL when our flights were changed to a different day. Thank you Donna! Our hearts are full of memories of our St Croix Vacay!!!!!

Great home, location. Beach access amazing. We had a large ground friends and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend. I recommend making reservations for dinner and meals if you have a large group. Nothing open late. Plan accordingly. We were able to cook large meals at the house, plenty of seating.

The house is lovely and well supplied. There are two refrigerators and freezers (side by side) so it is easy to plan ahead for meals for a large group. The closest big stores are in Christiansted so it is a good idea (especially during COVID) to plan out some meals and minimize your exposure. The pool and out door areas are lovely and private and Thor keeps a close watch on the property. Near by is Kramer Beach - good for an afternoon of swimming and snorkeling if you want that rather than the pool. Plenty of nice towels, lovely beds and a TV to watch the Olympics. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

We had a wonderful time in St Croix. The house was spacious and had so many things to do there. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the pool area. There were a few problems but Julie next door helped us. The house could use a little TLC but it didn’t keep us from having a great time. We were outside most of the time or traveling around the island seeing the sights. We would definitely come back here to stay.

My wife and I lived on St. Croix for 2 years, and we visit every year. This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We had 6 kids between the ages of 10-14. The game room kept the kids constantly busy. The pool, beach, and large area allowed for the necessary space for playing catch, frisbee, and running around. I love the grill area. We could grill out, get some space from the kids while cooking and having a few beverages. The east end of the island is quiet and very peaceful. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee out on the beach dock, and enjoyed the views of Buck Island and the sailboats parked at the Yacht Club. An absolute perfect way to start your day! We will definitely be back with a large group. Love this place!

Gorgeous setting and great access to beach & pool. Large house that accommodated our family of 16. Island vibe, yet quirky layout of bedrooms. Some minor items that need some TLC - shower control valves, hot tub, toilets running, but overall a great place for our family to gather and celebrate the holidays.

This property had everything we needed! Private beach, kayaks, paddle boards, pool, hot tub, game room, and an outdoor kitchen! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We traveled with a group of 10 family members and stayed at the house for a week.
We loved the location. The dock was great and we used the kayaks and paddle boards. Many mornings and evening were spent sitting on the dock peacefully looking at the scenery of the sea and marina. The pool and hot tub were also excellent. We gathered as a family on the patio and enjoyed hanging out poolside, swimming, and playing music.
The floor plan of our house was perfect for our group. We each had our own space and we also had space to hang out together as a family when we wanted to. We had some issues with the interior of the house, but many of the issues were resolved quickly. The house itself is in need of some repairs but Donna was very responsive and helpful. She is wonderful and easy to work with.
Overall, I would recommend this house for a family. The location is the selling point. We love the east side of the island and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. We also enjoy exploring the areas around Point Udall. It is amazing.
Thank you Donna and team for making our stay memorable. We are grateful!
Sincerely,
Meredith

Words cannot express how great our time was at The Beach House. It was truly a memorable experience. The pool, the beach, the dock, the hot tub -- numerous wonderful memories were made. The house could use some updates but we didn't go to sit in a house. Everything was clean and in working condition. Since this wasn't our first time in the islands, we were prepared and not bothered by the mosquitos. The Beach House has become one of our favorite vacation spots.

The house shows a bit of wear, but nothing to detract from the beauty and the amendities; the pool was cleaned daily, great shape, and used, very nice deck to the carribean. lots of fun island things to do close by (we did the buck island snorkeling tour and the cruzen cowgirls horseback riding for planned tours), but lots of free stuff and snorkeling on the west end neard fredriksburg is the best. We would certainly stay here again. Lots of room, and great accommodations for family/friends!! Thanks Donna for great response and a great time!

This rated as one of our family's favorite vacations. Everything we needed was all in one place! The house is dated and a bit beat up in places, however, it was very clean. We had 8 adults and 2 infants and did not feel crowded at all. They had everything we needed at the house, we rarely left. We enjoyed the location, while it was about 15 minutes out from Christansted, it couldn't have been more perfect. We were right on the beach, which was ideal for us, there was no one else on it ever. There is a sunken boat straight out from the dock about 100 yards, there are two buoys tied to it, look for those to help you find it. The snorkeling around it was wonderful. Donna and Thor were a huge help to us and took great care of us. There are a lot of mosquitoes inside the house, so hydrocortisone cream came in handy, the whole family was covering our bites each morning and night.
