As a group of 8 adults, we had a fantastic stay. To have 4 bedrooms and 3 showers made the stay really comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped! Excellent location and quiet, very close to station and a short walk down to the sea front and pier. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and nice. It was a short way to the beach and the center of Brighton. Communication with the house holder was always pleasant.

The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location. Particularly if you travel by train. It is a bonus to have a garden whilst being so central. Sandra, the host, has responded quickly and kindly to all my communications. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughters birthday.

A really fantastic place to stay. Great location being so close to the train station, whilst also being down a quiet pedestrian lane (so no noise at night). The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once. (The two bedrooms upstairs are both en-suite with showers), the bedroom downstairs has a toilet/shower right next to it and there's a spare toilet just off the hallway. The basement bedroom is a great little hideaway (and has the only TV in the house). All the kitchen utensils and crockery that you could need to self-cater (the large fridge and freezer means plenty of room to store food) whilst also being close to plenty of restaurants and pubs. Garden was a lovely bonus. Price was also very good for Brighton. Sandra was a great host providing plenty of information, made the check-in and check-out easy and made us feel very welcome. Would love to stay again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Brighton.

I booked this property because it had the bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate my family from New Zealand and us. Everything was fine and served us very well. The owner was very approachable and helped us in any way she could. Not rushing us on arrival or departure. We would certainly recommend with reservations about the bedroom downstairs which doesn’t have a bathroom or natural light. Very enjoyable stay was had by all.
