Welcome to Alpine Family Haus, a top-floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo which is just perfect for close friends or family while visiting the Bavarian Village.
As you walk up one flight of stairs and enter the Alpine Family Haus you are greeted with a true sense of home and comfort. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure your time spent here is the best it can be.
The open concept living space offers a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and not one but two options for your morning coffee, a standard drip pot and a Keurig. As you prepare a home cooked meal, there is a dining table off the kitchen that your whole group can gather round as they anxiously await “what’s for dinner” or “breakfast.”
The vaulted ceilings, bright windows and tastefully intentional decorating invite you to cozy up in the living space with an electric fireplace, and a TV with streaming options: YouTubeTV, Netflix, Disney +, as well as a library of DVDs for movie night with the children. The couch also turns into a queen size sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space.
Just off the dining and living area you can enjoy your own private covered deck space with a comfy conversation set, storage for your toys, such as skis/sleds or golf clubs, and enjoy views of some of the local mountains.
A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is your main bathroom but don’t worry the primary bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with another shower.
In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed with a twin trundle pullout option if you need extra space for a child and a TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, which also has a twin trundle option, a TV for streaming, a workstation, and the private bathroom with shower.
The condo has many family essentials like toys, games, Pack 'n Play, a highchair, stroller, outdoor storage for sleds, skis golf clubs, free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and streaming services, and a slow cooker.
You can walk or drive to downtown Leavenworth. There is an abundance of shopping, dining, wine tasting, breweries for you to immerse yourself in. The Icicle Junction for mini golf and arcade games is also within walking distance.

Alpine Family Haus was the perfect place for our group to stay. It was spotlessly clean and had more than everything needed to cook for our group. You can tell the owners really care about the guest experience by the thoughtful extras around the house. Will definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone. Location was great too! Just far enough from the center of town to be out of the crowds but still close enough to walk if you wanted.

Wonderful Cabin stay in Leavenworth with my wife and son. Great location, close to everything. Cabin was well appointed and everything was nice and clean. Christmas trees were setup inside along with some lights on the patio. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Very nice place, quiet location. Very clean, beds very comfortable! My only comment is if you have an SUV, the covered parking is a challenge because of the poles on both sides. Non-covered parking was limited due to residents putting cones in them when they leave! Otherwise, great unit!!

Such a cute property. Wonderfully decorated and VERY well stocked with everything you could need. My kids loved that they could walk to mini golf, town etc. Only downside was the wildfire smoke so many of the attractions were closed.
Given the smoke we couldn't do much on our last day and they were gracious to give us a partial refund as we had to return home a day early.
We would stay here again.

This property looked great online and completely exceeded our expectations. Condo was so clean and inviting. Kitchen has everything to cook a meal for the family, which we took advantage of, 2 of the 5 nights of our stay. Rooms are a great size and we had plenty of room to sprawl out and relax after a fun filled day of floating the river or shopping in town. I would 100% stay here again.

We spent the last 2 nights of our 10 day WA National Parks trip here. Very convenient location to town and great space to visit with family from Spokane on the last night! Comfortable space for 7 people.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and on the outskirt of town near the new alpine coaster, but it is still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The property is well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries, even games and beach chairs. The owners have taken care to pay attention to details to make their guests feel at home. The balcony has beautiful mountain views and is the perfect place to relax in the shade during morning or evening hours. We are thankful we ended up here! We originally booked a different place through VRBO (Wolfgang, #34 managed by Vacasa), but the owner decided to cancel the reservation at the last minute so they could use the property instead. (Yeah, that can happen! Renter beware!) We were very pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great for family
Had a great time here with our kids in Leavenworth. Toys, games, and TV in the bedroom kept them busy. Made use of one of the trundle beds and pack and play. Place was clean and well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay at this listing in Leavenworth. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were pleased that there were supplies for coffee and a few snacks on hand. There were tons of choices for board games and literature on activities and history in the area. We would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. It is in a quiet location away from the noise of downtown but a short drive or walk to the main area. We were there in early February so no noise from neighbours but can't speak to height of tourist time. Excellent communication from Vacasa before and during our stay. Definitely recommend this condo.

My three girls and I had a great time, it was 7 degrees but coming back to a warm and comfortable place was amazing.

We drove into town but it’s within walking distance to downtown.

Everything was so clean and fresh for our stay. There isn't anything they haven't thought of that you might need. Kitchen fully stocked, and organized, sleds, stroller, cable tv to watch the pass report.
