Separate Entrance and private, this charming Mediterranean-spanish private guest room, bath and kitchenette, reminds you why you love to come to Santa Barbara! The beach is walkable via a trail on the property. As soon as you pull through the estate gates you will feel the stress melt away in the surrounding beauty of 200 year old oaks, a koi fountain, specimen plants and beautifully groomed gardens, potted fruit trees. The guest suite overlooks a wishing well and a green motorcourt.

Very quiet and comfortable. Host was very helpful with travel tips. So many thoughtful extras. Gorgeous area; felt very safe. Walking distance to nature trails and the beach. Hope to stay again!

It is a great place to de stress from the hustle of bay area. Very quiet and serene and beautiful location. Great place to decompress and recharge. Cynthia is a fantastic host and goes out of her way to help.

This was a perfect VRBO stay for my husband & I. We had a Wedding to attend in the area. It is a beautiful property & we were able to spend some time outside sitting in the garden. The room is perfect for 2 people & comfortable. The manager is very easy to communicate with.We will hope to stay again.

This place is like a secret paradise. Impeccable grounds and surroundings along with very clean and comfortable room. We most definitely plan on returning and telling all our friends that are planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Remember to ask Cynthia about the other room packages the property has to offer.

You’ll find it here. My husband and I felt we had found a little piece of heaven. The photos online do not do the property justice. Cynthia thought of everything and is extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
