Spread out in this updated 3bed/2bath within minutes of everything! Located right on the 39th Street district which is one of the most walkable strips of real estate that KC has to offer. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and eclectic local shops line the street. In addition to 39th St., the home is minutes from the Plaza, Westport and Downtown! This spacious an open floor plan is perfect for groups of 8 and includes private parking!

On any other day of the month, gather a group together for an impromptu bar crawl or trivia adventures at places like The Hi-Dive Lounge, Gilhouly’s and Drunken Worm.
If you are looking for local favorites just walk down 39th St and you will see spots like Jazz Louisiana Kitchen where you can eat amazing food and listen to live jazz on every weekend. Love BBQ? A stop at Q39 BBQ will more than satisfy your KC BBQ craving. Need a jump start in the morning? All dinnerware and drinkware is included! Best of all a variety of coffee brewing options are provided including, a drip coffee maker, pour over, french press and Keurig coffee machine. K-cups, cream and sugar are also provided with every stay!
Living Room: The living room is a great space to kick back and relax watching TV or enjoy a game night with family and friends. This home offers high speed internet and Netflix and Hulu apps are on the TV for you to login to your accounts. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed to accommodate two guests.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, multiple pillows and hotel quality linens. Luggage stand and additional closet space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase! The master bedroom has a private full bath attached and an additional couch for seating!
Bathrooms: This home features two full size bathrooms with full size shower/bathtub including Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as hand towels and dark make-up towels for convenient make-up removal.

Location was perfect for a short visit to KC! The place offered a.nice space for sleeping, made it for a comfortable stay and easy to get around town.

I reserved this VRBO for a bachelorette party, and we had a great time! It was the perfect size for us, close to everything we wanted to do, and it was super affordable. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Whoever decorated did a great job! If I need to stay in KC again, I'd definitely rebook with this space.

My mom and I stayed here while my sister was in the hospital at KU Med. The 3 minute drive to the hospital made this possible for us to support my sister while staying in a very homey place. This is one of the best stocked VRBO rentals I have ever stayed in.

We came to town for the TSWIFT Concert and made a long weekend of it. This was a great location because you could walk right down the road to breakfast, bars, lunch, liquor stores, coffee shops etc.
