Suficiente, puede mejorar

La cercanía con la estación de tren era super conveniente. Cocina suficientemente equipada para hacer una cena rápida. Ducha con buena presión de agua. Muchas ventanas con buena ventilación.

No había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que no era suficiente para toda la habitación. Les escribimos varios días antes para conocer detalles sobre el alojamiento y check-in, però no respondieron, tuvimos que contactar con booking.com para que el alojamiento respondiera, la respuesta fue buena pero tarde.

Le seul chose positive est le service d'accueil

Le personnel d'accueil est très gentil

Très loin de la cité en prenant en compte qu'il y a souvent de problèmes dans le transport en commun. Le seul moyen d'arriver vite est en voiture. Les chambres ne sont pas isolés, on peut tout entendre c'est qui se passe dans les chambres voisines et même dans la rue.

Simpel, sauber, einfach

Schlüssel lag im Tresor an der Hintertür. Info gab es sehr rechtzeitig. Sehr unkompliziert. Alles sauber und fast schon clean. Alles komplett weiß ohne Deko. In der Mini-Küche alles vorhanden. Bad recxht klein aber völlig in Ordnung. Es ist ein umgebautes Wohnhaus, welches ca. 12-15 Einzel-Mietappartments enthält.

Parkplätze gegen Gebühr. Allerdings kann man in den Nebenstraßen einen Parkplatz kostenfrei finden.

Praktisches Zimmerchen mit Kochzeile in Bahnhofsnähe

Nah beim Bahnhof und dennoch erstaunlich ruhig. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß da, der Self-Check-in klappt reibungslos dank Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Zwar ist in der Unterkunft keine Rezeption, dafür kümmert sich die Inhaberin aufmerksam und persönlich um ihre Gäste, wenn etwas anliegt. Bei Fragen kann man die Eigentümer telefonisch mobil erreichen. Die Matratze war super, ich habe in dem Bett sehr gut geschlafen. Alles wirkt recht neu und fast klinisch sauber, was an der hellen Farbgebung der Räume, Möbel und des Laminats liegen mag. Kühlschrank und kleiner Herd sowie eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr für eine Person waren vorhanden. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist Geschmackssache: Sobald ich meine persönlichen Gegenstände aufgestellt hatte, fühlte ich mich wohler und ich mag es auch lieber schlicht als überladen. Ein bisschen robustere Möbel und ein Hauch Teppich oder ein Bild und eine kleine Lampe würden dem Raum gut tun. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt alleine ist dieses kleine Apartment perfekt. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es reicht absolut aus für ein paar Tage in der Stadt oder eine Übernachtung auf Durchreise. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert mit etwas Luft nach oben bei der Ausstattung. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Es sind überraschend viele Mini-Apartments für die Fläche des Hauses. Manche Türen stehen in Konflikt zueinander und würden sich verkeilen, wenn der Nachbar gleichzeitig öffnet. Der Raum ist reinweiß und wirkte bei Ankunft etwas kahl und steril. Der Boden war kalt an den Füßen und das Bad sogar sehr kalt. Ich war froh, Pantoffeln und Bademantel dabei zu haben. Die Möblierung ist spartanisch in schlichter Sperrholzqualität, positiv würde ich sagen: sehr pragmatisch. Mir fehlte ein Nachtkästchen mit Leselicht, das würde den Raum etwas wohnlicher machen.

It's a very good apartment for a short stay

I liked how easy it was to collect the property keys on arrival, that there was a little kitchen and a clean bathroom. Also there was a TV where you could use Netflix, Prime and so on.

You could hear every noise that came from the hallway, even the alarms in the morning from other apartments.

Op de kamer was een klein keukenblokje aanwezig, met basic mogelijkheden om een maaltijd te maken. Top!

Un grand manque de confort aucune étagère aucune table de chevet une seule lumière dans la pièce très agressive.... Et un emplacement payant à 10 € la journée pour une place extérieure avec seulement un marquage au sol .

Baden Baden Stay

The value was very good.

I actually never saw any staff except the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, when we opened windows the smoke from outside smokers did come inside. We had to sleep with the windows closed to keep this from happening. It was quite warm.

Zentral, funktionell, sehr sauber

Wenig Haken für Handtücher, keine richtige Ablage im Badezimmer, alles sehr eng. Sehr grelles Licht, keine Möglichkeit weniger Licht zu wählen, bzw. zu dimmen.

Good for one night

Super close to the station and the Aldi, Lidl and penny. Only a 30-1 hour bus ride from the centre. Very nice street. Room was small but good. Had a fridge and stove. I didn't use either. Bit hot and I don't know if there was an AC or a heater, I couldn't understand by myself as there was no receptionist. They are very quick and efficient to answer any message sent on booking.com. Room had the necessity. And had toilet paper. It was small but honestly more than enough space to open a big lugagge. The keylock was a bit confusing but eventually I figured out that the key was inside the lock at the back of the door. WiFi worked. For one night it was good. Shower was really strong and I enjoyed that. Bed was good and comfortable.

No lift/elevator. You have to lift your luggage up. The place to store lugagge after check out wasn't locked. There was a camera and my lugagage was safe but I was a bit on edge as anyone could have come and taken it. There was no person to meet or ask questions. Bonus cause I could check in any time but would have liked to ask some things in person. Only a thick blanket / duvet was provided. I would have enjoyed a sheet to sleep under as it was hot. Saw two small minor bugs but it seems to be normal in that part of Germany so I wouldn't worry.

Fine for a 1-night stay with a family

Room was quite small for 4 people, but for one night this is not a problem. There is little to do in the surrounding area.

Good location as we could get public transport to the centre to the spa and then easy access to the main train station for our onward journey.

Great no-frills stay near the train station, perfect for a short 1-2 night stopover.

Great location near train station and good local facilities - we definitely recommend Kleiner Magier and Peter’s Gute Backstube. Nice quiet neighbourhood, easy check in process. Exactly what we were looking for in a one night stopover.

We couldn’t get the hob to work to make coffee in the morning - the light didn’t work so we couldn’t see if it was on, so lots of fiddling but we gave up on the end. We only received the message that we’d need to bring our own large towels after we’d started our journey so it would have been good to have this information in advance. In the end, the small towels provided were fine for us.

Exceptional

There was everything one needs. Clean and nice apartment. Good location, close to everything you need.

Quilts on bed could have been cotton. Seemed it was polyester. TV didn't work. Magenta tv was just reloading every couple of seconds and "normal" tv was not working because antenna was missing.

Superb

Very new and clean. Big opening windows. Even had small kitchen section with stuff (not that we needed anything)

No place to hang towels or npthing to open laugage on. Nice to have salt&pepper shaker or sugar dish but that doesn not help when it was empty. There could be a couple of single instant coffee or tea bags. Blankets were too tick fpr.sommer and there was no ther option.

It was in a good distance from the train stationm but a bit too hot for summer.

The room was very clean and the location is perfect for someone arriving by train. The room had a little kitchenette and the hosts sent me a list of close-by shops and cafes which was helpful.

The room was very hot and very difficult to air out at night. It was located near a school so in the morning you can expect some noise if you room is facing the street.
