A mais completa decepção. Frustação total para a família.

A localização é excelente.

Esta casa pertenceu a 3 gerações da minha familia até ser comprada há 8 anos e transformada. Não ficou nada da traça que tinha do sec. XIX. Tinha a expectativa de tentar reconhecer algo da casa onde passei partes da minha infância. Pois nada, sem nos avisar, espetaram-nos nas aguas furtadas que nem existiam, quartos acanhadas, uma decepção total. Não reservem T2, são os 2 nas aguas furtadas com uns janelucos claustrofobicos para a vista.

PÉSIMA GESTIÓN

Con la habitación confirmada, pagada por adelantado y sin reembolso posible te exigen por correo con un teléfono de contacto de otro establecimiento hotelero que no sabes que pinta en la ecuación, que les des todos los datos de una tarjeta de crédito (número de tarjeta, fecha de caducidad y CVC), según dicen para garantía de la propiedad. Si no se los das, no te facilitan las claves de acceso a la habitación reservada y pagada de antemano. O sea, que te tienes que fiar de quien no se fía de ti, si o si. Te dicen que los datos de una tarjeta monedero (con saldo más que suficiente) no son válidos. Pero después te encuentras un cargo en la misma (dicen que una retención de crédito, que por cierto tampoco procede) y que en este caso no se anula hasta 30 días después. En fin, señores, para ustedes su establecimiento. No se molesten en darme las gracias por el comentario y decir que esperan verme pronto porque aunque nos encantó la ciudad y volveremos D.M. el próximo año a Chaves, a donde no vamos a volver es a Casa Guardiao ni al Hotel que aparentemente la gestiona. Hasta nunca. Valoración: CERO.

Estadia curta em zona agradável

Um apartamento remodelado e muito bem equipado. Situado mesmo junto ao Rio Tâmega e com cafés e restaurantes á porta.

O check in acabou por ser complicado, situação que deveria ser melhor que explicada no momento da reserva. Outra coisa má é o facto de não ter elevador e no nosso caso foi bastante complicado pois ficamos no último andar e o meu pai tem problemas de saúde, o que foi muito complicado para ele ter que subir todas as escadas.

The location is excellent. Located at the foot of the Roman Bridge, the views of the river whole walking into the city are truly…very nice. The apartment is very modern, clean and neat. The bed is, after 6 days of hard bicycling the N2, very comfortable. The property manager was very prompt in replying to the few issues during our stay.

There’s really nothing to “not like” about the apartment or location.
